Thank you so much for visiting my channel! My name is Meredith and I live in Las Vegas but I’m originally from North Carolina. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in May of 2013 and since then I have made it my mission to continue to be satisfied with what I eat. I started this channel because sometimes it is super hard to find awesome gluten free foods and recipes. This channel consists of my own recipes and also recipes that I use as a guide and then modify them to be suitable for us gluten free folks. I hope you enjoy!
I'm so happy that Disneyland has gluten free food and dessert, since I'm gluten free. I look forward to coming back to Disneyland some day for a girl's trip.
Thank you so much for making this video! I was diagnosed with celiac this year and I was so sad because I have never been on a cruise and thought I would never be able to go. But your video shows that I totally can, so thank you!
I just tried this recipe and these are the best, not only the best gluten free corndogs, but the absolute BEST corndogs ever! So simple and by far the tastiest. Thank you.
Wait 😆🤔 oh dear. Are you being silly? U definitely wanna pronounce the “s” in cocina. The “ch” is a whole different thing. Shame on those silly characters who told u. My fam’s from Peru. Anyway love the vid, taking my daughter there soon just got our magic keys 😃😀😢😭💸
Agreed, it's "s" pronounced like cosina not cochina. The latter can be translated in Spanish as "pig" or "sloppy person." My family's from Ecuador and Mexico. My son is GF and we are Magic Keyholders, so this video was very helpful!!
this video just made my morning! i've been looking for an updated GF guide for my trip in about a month (first DL trip GF) and i feel like most are pretty outdated! thank you!!!
thank you for this video! ive been interested in a cruise but less so in the premise of carrying over a weeks worth of food along with me. it takes a few hours for me to start experiencing symptoms after being glutened but then i get an unbearably itchy rash that lasts for like 2 weeks so it would definitely ruin a vacation!
Great video and congratulations! It's been a few years since I have been at Disneyland and I ate many of the same things you did. My favourite being the Frozen Lemonade. 😃
I love your sister’s glasses, are they transitions? What brand are they? 🤩 and thank you for the video, can’t wait to try Pinocchio Village Haus, that pizza looked really good!
Do they use a seperate oil for gluten free diets? I have celiac and Im super sensitive. Just wondering because I know not everyone uses seperate oil for cross contamination.
I didn’t even try Casey’s when we went WDW in August 2023. Clearly I made the correct decision after looking at that dry hotdog they served you. More venues are allowing GF mobile order, which is a bonus.
Ah man thats disappointing to hear they dont have as many options as disney world. Gf pizza and burgers are always a safe option but nothing we havent all had before.
The gluten free turn over pizza is definitely the best gf item I've had there. Tbh I just order the normal food and remove the bun to save on carbs and calories and I do cheat and have the odd snack with gluten in, as I can get away with a little bit. I order the salads too.
Thank you so much for the video! I am going on my first cruise in February, on Royal Caribbean. I read many reviews that they are very accommodating for people with Celiac, but there aren't many videos about it especially from a Celiac perspective. Thank you again, I love how in depth you reviewed each dining option plus all of the meals provided by the main dining room. I will be asking for gravy on the side though thanks to you! 😂
Okay, so the cinnamon ones taste distinctly like spray paint. Yes, as in aerosol shake-it-up metal cans. I didn't realize aerosol spray paint had a flavor until my first bite of this pastry, but it was an immediate and lasting impression. Any hint of cinnamon is overpowered immediately. Checked with other people in my family to make sure I wasn't having a stroke, and they all agree. There's nothing in the ingredients that suggests "Rustoleum," but that's by far the most prominent flavor.
