Great, law enforcement driving EVs. Now “Hot Pursuit” could result in thermal runaway and criminal getaway. Then there’s the PIT maneuver. Do that in an EV and it’s a write off at the taxpayers expense.
You are talking absolute nonsense. A normal gas car is 10x more likely to catch fire than an EV. If you paid any attention to police cars you would see that they use a bar mounted on the front to enable them to do things like PIT minouvers, same goes for Tesla and other EV cop cars.Any standard modern car used to PIT a vehicle will end up in tons of plastic parts all over the road.

Sales of the Cyber truck are likely driven for social reasons. They are the crap otherwise. How many etrucks were sold to actually use? Appox zero tesla, cause they suck at truck stuff.
Most people don't need a truck or ever use a truck for heavy trucking. The cyber is the best car-truck hybrid in the market, which for those who prefer the speed/turning of a car and the utility/storage of a truck for hauling or towing moderate things, the cyber excels.
@rayr6278 I just watched a video where a 90"s. SUBURBAN out turned a cybert4uck. It has rear wheel steer because it would be completely useless without it.
Well, they could just push a button on the steering wheel and say "set temperature to 70 degrees" or whatever temperature the driver desired so fishing through the computer screens would be just plain stupid.
