I’m glad God had me come in the comment section: our body is of the world,our soul is as well but our Spirit comes from God,that’s what He communicates with. To become a legal citizen of the new country…(you MUST be born again) once that happens you receive the Holy Spirit. Scripture says before you were formed in your mothers womb,I knew you😊. Well! That explains where your spirit comes from,not from here but from where God is(Heaven) So now you are born again,received a new nature(the nature of Christ,and the Holy Spirit, that gives you direct access to God. Because you put on Christ,you now have access to everything Christ has access to. We are co-heir with Christ(literally royalty). Now we live on earth with a new spirit but the mind must be renewed!
