I work in a facility that uses the FT 900. According to our maintenance team we are forbidden to put pots in the machine wasn't meant to be used for that. They claim they heard that from Hobart technicians. The video clearly shows pots at about the 5:30 mark. My guess is that the machine we have is just fragile and breaks down very easily so they don't want to us to use it as designed.

Every time I make this cake, it turns to soup. I can NEVER get it to turn white & fluffy & double in size when I add the buttermilk/oil mixture. What am I doing wrong?? Yes, I weigh everything & use everything specified.
What button do you push for select turn off conveyor belt. The video looks like green but then it runs for 5 min then turns off. How can I get it to run for 30 min.
Is it high temp or chemical based ? Eco lab is best recommendation , get them to set up all chemicals from you and make sure your food service provider carries them
I’m really struggling with the blade removal tool. I’ve got 3 tools and a dozen slicers! I’d like to understand blade sharpening a little better as well!
