In the early 60’s my dad worked for GE and bought a GE washer and dryer. They lasted just past the warranty. He then bought a Maytag washer and dryer. Almost 60 years later my brother is still using them The ONLY repair was replacing a drive belt on the dryer a few years ago. They still work perfectly and clean better than anything you can get today.
yes. the old stuff was rugged. simple. dependable. putting touch screens and cute chimes on appliances doesn’t make them better. it’s just more shit that can break.
@@dinosellshomes5976 Anything but all white or all black really, its so bland. I personally would paint it a light beige/brown color, something a lot of people like. I understand a new buyer can change the color but seeing it this way changes how someone may feel about the property before they even buy it.
