Hi, my name is Paul and I take videos of Eugene, Oregon with my Hobbyzone Super cub. I post these videos on youtube and I also capture still photos using video editing software. Some of my photos are posted on "Photobucket" under highineugene1. Enjoy!!!
Love that you've overcome the poor treadle design, one spins off the spindle wheel at an angle, and with the set up originally on it, you had to spin face on, I gave up because it wasn't working, too many body contortions. Sure would like to see plans, it's a very definite improvement.
Hi...I also liked the Dodec spinning wheel (where you got the idea) however I came across yours and like it also. I am wondering if your daughters liked them and how did they work for spinning yarn? I happen to have a bike tire and handy husband and would like to try this.
IF YOU DON'T MIND...IM GONNA GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT TOO! LOOKS LIKE A GREAT PLACE TO GO! IF THE RAPIDS ARENT TO BAD I MIGHT BE ABLE TO SET SUPERCUB IN THE RIVER....I FLEW OFF WILLAMETTE IN SPRINGFIELD OFF RAINBO ROAD...
I LOVE FLYING THERE! I FLEW THERE A FEW DAYS AGO WITH THE FLOATS ON MY SUPERCUB ! THAT PARKING LOT IS A GREAT LANDING STRIP FOR MY APPRENTICE ALSO. GOTTA GO EARLY IN THE AM THOUGHT BEFORE IT GETS CROWDED! NICE JOB PAUL !
nice job on vid paul !...awesome day! i even saw the airport ! new motor...is it a brushless ? if so they are nice. i would love to fly roseburg...awesome how it is nestled inbetween those small foothills
Thanx for your comments. At first I would face the v-cam forward and didn't get a clean shot of whatever. So, I started facing it backward because I like to capture still photos and have them enlarged. I'm keeping an eye out for some new stuff from you.
@hartrockets Thanx for the comment. I have tryed flying with the v-cam facing forward, but I didn't care for the prop-wash. This is a new v-cam and I haven't designed a mount yet. Hopefully I will be making better videos without the tail showing. Thanx again.
