Just a personal preference, but I do add toners sometimes though. Now, toners are great for oily skin and the best toners to use during the day are hydrating toners, but because I already have an essence (which provides my skin with enough hydration), I can skip the toner. Note that my other products are also packed with hydrating ingredients.
Too many or few? Anyways the video isn’t really about the number of steps but how to layer. So no matter how many steps you are going for, just make sure you are layering them correctly.
Sorry I have no idea about Canada. But you mustn’t really use these exact products. If you can find Cerave products, then good. You can replace the Urban skin retinol with the Cerave resurfacing retinol. Cerave has good sunscreens too that you could get. If you need more help with product recommendations, let me know 🤗
Next time use a scalp base protect creme. Please do not use Vaseline if you need to protect your scalp from burning. There are quite a few brands of base protect creme. The base creme can also be used to protect the ears and the perimeter area before relaxing.
