Everyday on the local news there's 1-2 H and R's! 100% agree-how can you hit a human being on a motor bike and not check it out??!! At least call them some help before you speed away! No regard for human life. None. I'm fighting for tough laws in Michigan for vehicular homicide/manslaughter, if driver leaves seen, even tougher. Our loved ones deserve justice. They are human.
