Very interesting video. I have a question: i m interested in the problems that could happen with the round baler during the baling season with focus on the idler sprocket? How often do you change them? What is the main cause of idler sprocket failure? Thanks🙂
Sometimes there’s two Allen screws stacked on each other on some Baylor there’s three bolts pull the flange off. You have to unscrew them in and screw them in the other holes to pull the sprocket off.
The year of the Baylor is stamped on the front, and then have replaced bearings and sprockets on my baiters. Warren sprockets will eat a chain up. It pays to change them.
