I know the laws are different in a lot of these European countries but in the United States, we have the stand your ground laws and the castle doctrine laws. In United States, people can get a license to conceal and carry. If you have that CC license, it’s time to start locking and loading. I carry a taser when I have to take public transportation and walk through dangerous neighborhoods. I have a right to protect myself.
People have to understand that disabilities aren't one size fits all. There are some that happen to be advanced and higher functional. I also have bipolar depression, ADHD, and PTSD with only borderline to mild intellectual/developmental disabilities. Hate crimes are horrific, and I can imagine that people doing it because of someone's disability. It is a disgusting way to treat people with disabilities, and it definitely wrong no matter what degree or severity range the disability is. Even people with borderline and mild disabilities can face discrimination as well as moderate to profound ranges. Hate crimes in many forms is wrong.
I just watched this and absolutely love it. I’m a mom of 2 littles with autism and who are slightly delayed. How Rosie acted in the show reminds me so much of my daughter she’s 6 and non verbal so it was nice to see a older child who is portrayed as being delayed and the parents accommodate to her needs. Both my kids also run off so that also made me laugh
