Moorcroft's Mark, Plugger's Point, Scarlett's Toe poke, Long's run, and Plugger's 1300th, all missing. As much as I like the Bulldogs, all of these are much better and greater moments than Bailey Smith's goal.
You were right about Buddy but the wrong year- 2014 he could have beaten Priddis in the last round, was 2 behind but the Swans rested him in the last game. Fyfe was "runner up" but he was ineligible. In the end Priddis got 2 votes in the last round and so it wouldn't have mattered in the end
Simon Black was a genuine gun. I think sometimes he’s a bit forgotten because there were so many other stars in that Brisbane side as well, but he could match it with the best of them.
Great call CaptainStraya - he was so consistent over the course of his career, and very durable too. Played 18+ matches for 14 consecutive years at a very high level right to the end
Its a good shout, we are in DESPERATE need of a tech upgrade - will see what we can do! Appreciate you watching our videos and glad you're enjoying our content 😀
Sydney v Eagles would have gone top spot for me, that finals run from Sydney in general is one of the greatest. Leo Barry and Nick Davis are cemented in AFL history. 👍
Being a crow fan I would have almost put everything on it being Eddie betts twice once be said the Texan was a strike. Big jj was the one of my biggest shocks of the lot. Then he missed both frankin and Fev in 08
JJ goes under the radar BIG TIME! Some big misses from BT in this one Dylan... he as stepped his game up though, this was one of his earliest trivia performances! 😅
Interestingly, there have also been 2 other instances where there has been a straight sets occurrence since 2000. (2007 when Eagles finished 3rd, lost to Port in the QF and then the Pies in the SF. Port also finished 3rd in 2001 and went out losing to the Lions in the QF and then to the Hawks in the SF)
It was the other way around actually. We lost to Hawthorn in the Qualifying final after Nathan Thompson slotted a goal from tight on the boundary. Then we went to the Gabba and got knocked out by Brisbane.
@@linkvagar2336 I had a proper look at Port's straight sets exit in 2001 via AFL tables and Final Siren. It turned out Port actually lost to Brisbane in the Qualifying Final in 2001 at the Gabba. Then afterwards they lost to Hawthorn in the Semi Final at Football Park.
Hey Ryan - unfortunately not at this stage, as we create every quiz ourselves specifically for our videos. Maybe something for us to aim towards in future!
Good shout Pete, we'll definitely take this on board. Josh and Spud do have a historical goals related trivia coming out in the next few weeks, so keep an eye out for that one!
