I can do pretty much everything here beyond the expected goals… except the sit-ups. I have a protruding tailbone, so I cannot do sit-ups on a hard surface. My best in two minutes is ten.
you can use a mat, and also don't say u can do beyond the expected goals, make sure u can do all of them in sequence, and don't aim for expected, aim for max
I’ve started 3 years in advance and have a solid plan for sit ups, push ups, and the mile run (I’m on track) but I don’t really have a clue for shuttle run bb throw and pulls any suggestions?
I hope my sons graduate from US air force academy . I will not let them suffer in India that has poor education policy . Here in India , they focus on theories that have no application in real life. Practical education is rare . Your brain will stop working once you graduate from Indian engineering colleges .

I am in my freshman year of highschool, I am taking all honors classes except English which is just regular, it is because I wasn’t able to take Honors English I since of my schedule. I am taking Honors French III with Juniors in my class ( I am only freshman). I am also taking Honors Geometry, Honors Bio, Honors Concert Band w/ jazz, I am also taking AP Human Geography. I did XC in the fall on the JV team and gonna do Baseball in the Spring. Every summer I go to a summer camp in Maine called Leaders School. If I keep up with things like what I am doing, will I have a shot at getting in the USAFA? I am planning on taking all Honors classes for the next years of High School w/ AP French next year along with AP US History. I also plan on taking AP Physics and Calculus, along with Engineering and coding classes in my Junior and Senior years. So do you think I have a shot?
Hello, this is an older comment but I have a question. I have the opportunity to take and self study which will have me taking Algebra 2 in my high Freshman year. Or I could stick at my current path and take Honors Geometry what do you reccomend?
My absolute goal is to go to the Academy, study Aeronautical Engineering, and become a USAF Pilot. Decided years ago, and have loved the air ever since my first flight. Working hard in these last few years in High School, and hopefully I’ll be ready to apply. If I don’t succeed on my first try, I will probably study at the University of South Carolina for a year and then apply again.
I don't get the shuttle run times. Recommended time is 8.7 seconds, but for what? Is it for 10 years back and forth equalling 20 yards? Or is it for 10 yard dashes 4 times in a row equalling 40 yards?

The Service Academies of The Air Force, Space Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy and Army need to have such high standards in order to train Prior Service Enlisted and Civilians,and, turn Them into Second Lieutenant's and Ensigns.🇺🇸💥🗽📜🛡️🗡️
