which german language test would be more recognized as demonstrating "command of the language" when applying for the blue card/permanent residency? OR no certification required they will judge e.g. B1 level on appointment?
Those coming from California. No school, no written test needed. Apparently new regulations directly transfer the license to a german one. This may apply to other states as well.
There is a small correction. If you have a eu blue card issued in Germany and wish to move to another eu country say Poland, u can transfer blue card but still have to undergo paperwork for getting blue card there. One can’t just go to Poland and start working. So those thinking of this, plan accordingly. Especially in countries like Netherlands, eu blue card transfer could take up to 2 months but u could get a hsm permit in just 2 weeks in some cases and yes u can transfer social security from one eu country to anorher
Hi , I would like to have a clarity regarding the work contract... I have recently got from work a unlimited contract with minimum 80 hours clause...... so my question is inorder to stay in germany after my studies , do I need a unlimited full time contract or the contract which I mentioned above is fine ?

What would be tax exemption limit on a joint NRO account? Is it still 2.5 lakhs? For example if i have a joint nro account for me and my wife (both are NRIs) is the tax exemption limit 2.5 lakhs or 5 lakhs for this particular account?
What if, at the time of applying for Niederlassungserlaubnis- one has changed jobs & in probation period? Will the application be rejected? I have read different things on internet about it.
Multiple reasons: 1. You seldom get a car variant which is speced out and the exact color you want in a jahreswagen. 2. I’ve already driven Audi A3 35tfsi before - didnot like the drive feel at all. Dislike its exteriors as well. Prefer VW Golf over it any day 3. Manual - because of the love for stick shifts back in the days 4. New - love for new cars and experience. I have driven it for over 40k Kms over the last 3 years. Loved every bit of it.
@@RitwikBanerjee thanks for the answer. But how come you feel the drive of the same engine different in both cars? it’s tuned exactly same with 1.5 L mild hybrid engine. Are you talking about pre 2019 Audi A3?

The conditions for naturalization and PR are different. PR requires you to have contributed to social security whereas for citizenship you don't have this condition.

What if I was in Germany on the grounds of temporary permit due to family reunification. I have already worked for 18 months and two months ago switched to blue card. For obtaining the PR as a Blue Card Holder do my pension payments and duration of stay previously would still count or it begins from the moment I obtained blue card?
From your experience, kindly comment on adv and disadv of petrol versus diesel cars, auto versus manual cars in Germany. I find more diesel and manual used cars on offer?

Hi, thanks for the quality content I have NRE and NRO accounts, and I am expected some money from friend(staying in india) , I shared my NRO account details to him to transfer, however while he does online transfer, its asking him the source of income / reason for transfer. the options given are limited. Question here is, is it okay to receive money from others to NRO account? will there be any tax implications for me. since bank transfer was not helping, I had him send via UPI. can you share your thoughts on this?
Nice video, did you contact VW Germany directly, I'm in the US and would like to purchase my car in Germany while on vacation, then have it shipped to Ca. Is that a possiblity? I know they use to do this with the VW Bus years ago but not sure if this is still offered.
Very informative video.. once question.. what happened with my existing Bank accounts? Eg. I have accounts in Hdfc , Axis Bank. But I open NRE and NRO account in ICICI Bank
