Sit ups won't reduce belly fat, but they will strengthen the muscles in your abdomen! Proper nutrition, building muscle mass, and keeping your body active are the best ways to reduce fat!
Just got the clench bands and it says you shouldn't stretch these out more than double the length. But you're doing practically that. How strong are these bands?
So, based on your video, which I think is excellent, I use two Clench anchors, attached to two beams on my front porch, their appx. 12 feet apart, (twice your video width) along with 2 bands and 2 Clench handles, and I get the most extreme chest pump ever! Thank you!
YES!! That's what we like to hear! We're fans of utilizing free weights/cables/bands in our training, but when it comes to chest flys, bands are the best! The progressive resistance just hits right!

Already ordered one for my leg extension and curls it really hurts if u have really a hairy legs and especially if u are in ur shorts it slips and give slack and take the hell out of skin and hair from the legs 😂 but it hurts a hell lot thanks for giving this hack advice
