Sorry, this product doesn't come with a remote control. It can be turn on or turn off by the switch after you install it. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company if you value your time and money. Their condescending tone, referring to me as "dear" and refusal to take responsibility for their misleading product left a sour taste in my mouth. Which further highlighted their unprofessionalism and lack of respect for their customers. This incident only reinforced the growing evidence that Dazuma may be a scamming shell company based in China, as indicated by numerous articles and negative reviews from other dissatisfied customers. It's clear that their primary objective is to deceive unsuspecting buyers rather than provide quality products and reliable service. Furthermore, the negative experiences shared by other customers confirm that my ordeal is not an isolated incident. From delayed deliveries and missing items to unresponsive communication channels and poor product quality, Dazuma has consistently proven to be an unreliable and dishonest company. It is shocking that they continue to operate with such disregard for their customers' satisfaction and the principles of ethical business practices. In my particular case, after first being offered 30% refund, I have now been offered a mere 60% refund for the product, despite their own return policy clearly stating that a full refund is guaranteed if returned within 30 days of receipt. This insulting proposal only demonstrates their unwillingness to honor their own policies and resolve customer issues in a fair and reasonable manner. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from Dazuma to think twice and do thorough research before proceeding. Their track record of dissatisfied customers, coupled with their dismissive attitude and questionable business practices, should serve as a warning. I ordered 4 lights from here that were late, damaged and the complete wrong size (way smaller) then what I paid for and ordered. I requested a return yesterday for a these lights delivered on 6.1 and was told and was told I missed the return window by 2 days. This is completely ridiculous I insist on a refund immediately this company is a complete scam I will be contacting the better business bureau if I do not get my order refunded. I tried to call the phone number on your website and No one answered and it would not allow me to leave a voicemail.
