Rock and roll, blues, soul, reggae, country and western, "bubble gum" - they are all here from time to time. From January 2023, I will be posting six new music videos per week - every Monday at 8am. With over three thousand videos already uploaded, a lot of the biggest hits are already here on my channel, so I am now bringing more album tracks in among the chart singles, hopefully to introduce you to music you may not have heard before. And my channel art will regularly depict a sunrise from a different part of the world to underscore the global reach of this channel.
This may be a first. A video with lyrics, where they're 100% correct. Yes, it's a very short song, but all the same, I don't think I've ever seen that before.
I sometimes cringe at the awful grammar and mis-spelling I get among the hundreds of comments I receive. Then, someone comes along and uses the word "hubristic". Well done, Tony!
Aaah!!! The precious Motown years …. so many many fabulous songs that brought such joy and happiness!!! Love this song and band!!!!!!! Thank you dear Victor!!! Lorraine 🎵🎶❤️😊😊
Precious indeed, Lorraine. They were a quintessential part of the Sixties and Seventies, providing so many golden moments to treasure. Have a lovely day, my friend.
I remember this wonderful upbeat song by this delightful singer!!! Danny Minogue did a cover when she married Julian McMahon …. not a patch on this!!! Pretty lady looks a bit like Halle Berry!!! Hope you are safe and well dear Victor!!! Take care 👍🎶🎵❤️
My favorite Marmalade record , Cheers Victor . Victor for some reason some of my comments are disappearing, This is my third time i have commented on this song
The Cufflinks never really matched Tracy in success ways . But this is good . Two or three of their songs had girls names in their titles didn't they ? Thanks Victor
I've never heard this song before and I don't know the band either - really a great reminiscence to the good old days, thumbs up😃👍. Many thanks Victor, have always a just good time! Cheers, E.H.
I'm sure you remember "Afternoon Delight" - a massive hit for this band in the summer of 1976. And of course, "Take Me Home, Country Roads" written by bandmember Bill Danoff for John Denver.
RIP David Soul, you were a legend. You will never be forgotten. My first crush and I can't get over that you are gone. Will love you forever. The world has lost a beautiful soul.
