The Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (LKYSPP) is part of the National University of Singapore, Asia’s top university*. It was founded in 2004. The LKYSPP offers graduate degree programmes in the areas of public policy and administration. Its Master degree courses include: Master in Public Policy, Master in International Affairs, and Master in Public Administration. It also offers a Master in Public Administration and Management (in Mandarin) as well as a PhD in Public Policy.

民族主义is never used in the context of Han, it has always be used in the context of promotion of Chinese ethnic minorities and there are 55 of them. One Child policy exempts ethnic minorities, if people bother to look at the Chinese ethnic minority they would find that it has a bigger population than blacks in America. I can challenge you to find one Chinese movie since 1949 remotely related to Han. Another challenge, find one case of Chinese on foreigner (black/white/brown, whatever) violence in China since 2000.
