Peanut butter Overnight Oats 🥜🍌 Ingredients: 1/2 cup oats -50 g ( each jar serving ) 1 Tablespoon chia seeds 70 ml oat milk ( any milk ) 2 Tablespoon yogurt 1 Teaspoon honey 1 Teaspoon cinnamon ✍️Mix well. keep in fridge for 2 hours or overnight. ✅Toppings: 1-2 Tablespoon melt peanut butter slice banana chocolate chips ✨Enjoy

I don't wanna stress you out, but: OAK FLAKES and oak milk has a very high level of carbs, and they increase sugar in blood. Very bad idea for breakfast, as a FIRST meal after sleep. I destroyed my sugar with such meals. Big NO for me. A 1 glass of oat drink weekly = enough for a healthy body.

Me gustó pero q a eite utilizaste. Para que sea 100x100 saludable sería utilizar o aceite de oliva o de coco. Sería mejor el coco pero no sé cuál usaste. Gracias

Es recomendado comer una cucharada de Chía por día. No más porque entonces ya no sería saludable para nuestra digestión, porque en vez de ayudar al tránsito intestinal sería lo contrario nos extreñiría. Con una cuchara por día es suficiente. Un tip; puedes moler o licuar la semilla seca de Chía primero y luego ponerla a remojar para que haga su baba ya que esa es la que necesitamos para ayudar al tránsito intestinal. 😉
