कोर्ट में बैठे हुए अयोग्य जज, यह बताएं कि एससी एसटी एक्ट कब लगेगा, और यह भी बताएं कि कौन सा केस फर्जी नहीं होता है, कौन से कानून का दुरुपयोग नहीं हो रहा, अगर एससी एसटी से कोई दुश्मनी है इन कोर्ट के जजों की तो फिर कुछ समय जा रहा है , इस देश में कोरट व जजों की कोई अहमियत ही नहीं रह जाएगी और ना कोई जरूरत बाकी रहेगी
यह सब फर्जी बात है। फर्जी एससी एसटी कानून में हजारों बेगुनाह जेल में बंद होंगे। मुझे लगता है कि भारत का कोई जेल ऐसा नहीं है जिसमे इसके दुरुपयोग का केस न मिले। सरकार को कोई न्यायिक कमीशन बना के जांच करानी चाहिए तथा इस कानून की समीक्षा होनी चाहिए।
