I used to use Marth ring with an atk/spd c slot, which is what the layout shows. BUT I switched to ike ring times pulse 4 at some point, which is what I'm actually using here Basically Ike makes him take less damage on the first hit from ranged enemies, whereas Marth let's him run a different c slot with lower special cooldown
Mine is somehow +6, just from pity breaks ig lol. But even at +0 her combat is miles better than fallen after the refine, dodge is just a bit harder status to find use for compared to nfu
Love my placement and the explaination. also i had no clue sudowoodo and ditto had the same face, the team will be holding a meeting to confront them on that.
Pretty sure it's called not worthy, here's what I was listening to just in case tho ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--C3XLn4omZQ.htmlsi=DBHSjMfgGAjYmSKW
I would say so, you might want alm to have at least 1 merge, but no matter what he should live lyon, unless he's both high merged and has a precharged special. The biggest part is the fodder on alm and lilith, and the support hortensia gives. Dragon flowers might also make a difference. I'd recommend calcing some stuff with your exact resources you're willing to use
By the way, you are a legend in the Competitive FEH scene. Grats on winning with your favorites. Literally the only Duo Alm and Lilith user on our Rank 1 data.
you'd be surprised, any access to pegasus gets you to saryuja if they dont have interruptions, and awakening, golden rule, and bridge of the heart are really good extenders for if they do. going 2nd can be a bit harder but with the right hand ive been able to get through snake eyes, tear, floo and you dont have to do the whole combo, just get overdrive out and you win
Either better cards to end on if you get interrupted too many times (apollousa/I.P.) or cards to help break boards going 2nd (lightning chidori/underworld goddess) it also feels like it would be nice to have a copy of overdragon sometimes. These are the first ones that come to mind, tho I feel like I'm forgetting something so i might come back to this at some point haha
FEH has been in the rotation of games i stream for a while now, and i noticed the SD-S/R streams always do the best. I also feel like theres a lack of sd content, at least on my feed, so cutting down my runs to just the actual play makes watching more enjoyable for the people who might go watch the vod anyway
@@eon97 that makes sense. Live vicariously through the streamer. Most people aren’t gonna whale out to chase the new unit/skill meta in high level SD. And if you don’t do that then you have to have or be willing to use premium fodder like you had on your Alm, Lilith, Mirabilis. And man what a difference it makes!! that’s probably the coolest thing to see in SD videos anyway. (Unlike my boring “no fun” team of base kit spark summons I use for AR 😂) Keep feeding Alm good fodder 👍🏼
1:06:00 Still kicking myself for not killing Lilith when I had the chance.. big whiff cuz I was too in awe of that Alm build 😆 And you were right, I totally didn’t know what Alm’s duo skill did 😂 Props on having the most unique, cool build set up to counter Lyon -Wangyian PS on turn 1 your Alm actually could have counter attacked my Lyon and killed him because of Hortencia’s debuffs. Even with Duo Chrom’s unity he couldn’t break thru that Alm 😅
Thanks! It was a good match to end on, don't beat yourself up too much tho, even if you take Lilith there I can dance alm and nudge him forward to trade after your canto, tho after that its still up in the air what would have happened, it would have been close either way. Hearing that he could counter attack is insane to me tho haha. Hopefully that wasn't your last life! GGs
@@eon97 you dance Alm and then myrrh would pivot front of Lyon, you’d have KO’d her for sure. And then I’d be scrambling to try to get around the other side map to make a run at the supports. But with Myrrh gone you could warp that brick wall of an Alm all over place, plus canto control and Hortencia can KO Lyon so I think you still woulda won 😆 You took me down to my last life, I got another win and bounced just above the 6,500 tier. Usually I just try to get 1 win in SDR/SDS to maintain the tier and call it but the action economy Lyon team was working pretty well this time around so I played a bunch and ran into some very well thought out set ups such as yourself.
Thoughts on the overall state of the game? Day 1 player and I dropped this game. The amount of new units being pumped out one after another was too much for me. Couldn't adapt with the powercreep due to the sheer pumping
I am both a hater and a defender. The powercreep has been getting crazier and crazier, with each (seasonal) banner having 2-3 insane looking units. But no single unit is a must pull. Either using new skills to make older units better or just having a small handful of newer units can be enough to make do. There is a lot of fomo tho on all the new toys that come out. But I have a sd team that I've been using for about 7 months, I've updated a few skills but at its core its really the same team and still has like a 90-95% win rate currently. Valentine's lyon should not exist tho and whoever designed that unit should be fired :)
Laguz frined can work with any defensive special! Only the offensive ones have to be 3 cooldown or higher, the wording is really weird but if you watch alm get attacked his special does get precharged!
does work with any defensive special! Only the offensive ones have to be over 3 cooldown, the wording is really weird but if you watch alm get attacked his cooldown jumps down to being precharged
She's soooo good in both SD and AR-O, and she doesn't even need merges, double pathfinder (or triple after A Fate Changed!) is just crazy useful on its own
Honestly I've lowkey just been waiting for motivation and then I was gonna record post com for the rest of the fadi rule games, I have like 4 weeks recorded but just not edited/posted
@@eon97 I been vibing playing the slow game with the diamant, Ymir, shamir combo with the new map. Wasn't prepared for you to dance diamant through the walls before I could set up
Ya the diamant ivy combo is deadly, puts on so much pressure. I did notice the etie, she looked like she could have done some serious damage if I let her
Thanks! He's one of my favorite characters, so when I saw how unique/strong he could be I really wanted to max him out, he definitely hasn't disappointed yet
What a great match. I have thoughts. First off, I love seeing the work and thought you put into your EVs and spreads. It's really evident. It makes it feel very gratifying to see the work I put into giving my Pokémon only just enough speed, giving them plenty of bulk, being justified. When the flamingo (which of course, as you surmised, was AV) survived gleam, I wasn't surprised at all. Second, I love your content. Win or lose, you're real with your emotions and thinking. I love seeing insights into the way you think. Third, it was nice having a playoff match against you that wasn't riddled with RNG or that left both of us shaking our heads at mistakes made. This was freaking high level, excellent play. (Though the hurricane hit in the sun was one last middle finger from RTT RNG to you, sorry about that.) Keep it up, and thank you so much for chronicling my favorite two matched of my entire season. You're so freaking talented and your prep is amazing, and you elevate my play every time. I've been VERY fortunate to have a streak against you, making up for the streak you had against me for quite a long time. You're the bomb. Keep it up!! Thank you!
this is a very kind comment, i always know its gonna be crazy difficult when we have to play and this time was no exception. I was on borrowed time (only made it via dropout) in a .5 season this time. But next time we have to play YOUR STREAK ENDS ty for watching the matches and I'm glad you enjoy hearing the parts of my thought process I'm actually able to vocalize (focusing is hard lol)
Very good and objective view of the season! I think that my biggest gripe (besides my team being the best) is that Magnus' team was done just a little dirty. It's true that a majority of the mons there are useless, but they have one particularly strong combo in Slowking and Dragapult. Slowking is physically slow but very intelligent, while Dragapult is capable of phasing into areas and grabbing necessary clues from around the room. If the two work together I'm confident they could get out in time, it's just inefficient to have them do all the work. All joking aside, phenomenal video, you are a blessing to this community
I think that's fair, but I also think that the 2nd pokemon movie showed us that slowkings instructions can be anything but clear at times, and his sense of urgency is very lacking
