Please don't ever call yourself unattractive again. It isn't true at all. You simply look beautiful. Before and after the facial treatment. Stop that criticizing voice in your head and the negative thoughts. Be positive when possible and otherwise realistic.

I am enjoying watching your videos on my lunch with my headset. I work in a busy medical practice, and these are so soooooothing! I am curious, how do you determine which salons you go visit? Are they word of mouth or recommendations, or do you just walk around and decide you want to try this/that one on X/Y days? I have only once been outside of the US and it wasn't a pleasant experience and wish I could enjoy myself someday, somewhere.

I have enjoyed your videos and can identify with your feelings of being unattractive and critical about myself. However when I saw you I was suprised as I didn’t view you like that. I think you’re attractive and brave to travel on your own and try so many new things and socialise. I think you’re great and I hope I would be as brave as you if I had the opportunity. Before I retired from my job, I went to a certain salon every 6 weeks. This is very much like the shampoo, conditioner and massage routine I was given. I had my roots touched up each time but twice a year I had highlights done. Those salon visits cost me $100 per visit but it was totally worth the special treatment. I will add that you should never rub your hair with a towel. Always use 100% cotton T-shirt material and just wrap it around your hair.
You’re not unattractive but I know how it feels when we are so hard on ourselves. If you don’t feel ready to say anything nice to yourself work on not saying bad things. Then move on to praising and being thankful for a strong beautiful body. You are a beautiful woman enjoy letting yourself feel beautiful ❤
