Answer: it isn't a bug. probably a cool mechanism for either I frames or dash storage (also i forgot to cut the last part) EDIT: this is for storing I frames. it looks cool though
this isnt a bug lmao, take it from the guy who has 428 hours in this game at the time of typing this like the other guy said, the blue particles mean you have stored invincibility frames that last for 1 second. try jumping right after dash-sliding, you'll go super fast lol
when you slide after dashing and see the blue particles that means that you have invincibility or dodge frames active, however after a bit of time has past like 1s or 2s you then lose the invincibility and go back to being able to be hit like normal.
@@minecraftgamer-se5vs stored invincibility frames last for 1 second. You can read this change in patch 15c changelog under "General Changes" and then another fix related to them at the bottom of the 15d changelog

Strength, Speed, Ap, Dc, IQ, Experience, Potential goes to Minos. Strength is due to Minos' will power and how much people will remember him, (this is very vital to appearances/power in ULTRAKILL). Speed is due to Minos' attacks being VERY fast. Ap is due to Minos' Prepare thyself and Thy end is now attacks. they are not explosive. Dc is due to Minos' Judgement, Die, Crush attacks. Experience is due to Minos' age. Minos is MUCH MUCH more older than Alice. Potential is due to Minos not being a fully formed Prime soul. Agility and BIQ goes to Alice because From what we've seen, she was jumping over her spike attacks (like dashing). BIQ goes to Alice due to Minos not having a single fight against anyone. but Alice? She has probably attacked more than Claire. EDIT: BIQ goes to Minos due to BIQ meaning how good you naturally are in fighting. Considering this is Minos' first time fighting and he is pretty hard, he gets BIQ.
