A forum from across the pond of Anfield where supporters like you and me can contribute to a Liverpool supporter channel that is a voice for the "Believers" in our beloved Mighty Reds. My mission is to inform the haters, educate our rivals, enlighten the doubters, empower the believers, and unite us all to make a formidable Mighty Reds nation of Liverpool FC supporters in America and worldwide. Mighty Reds, You'll Never Walk Alone is more than just a song; it is a statement of intent to me, and I hope you will echo that intention by subscribing, liking, sharing, commenting, and hitting that notification bell to "ALL" so that I have the honor of you joining me in this journey.
I don't know what was going on with your YT but come on my Red you don't block those that Never Walk Alone. I'll be in touch but the date for the Quiz show is 730 pm on Monday. I'll fill you in more this weekend. Also don't forget to get your team in for the Euros Challenge too.
Had to stop watching, usually love the panel but Brian's self-loathing and bitterness really bringing down the mood on the show. Big up though, keep up the good work guys 🙏
Debate is tough when we mix in the emotion of the moment. Every player, our best or even our favorites have bad games. Macca is one of both for me and in my opinion Monday was that bad game for him. These players are better than what they've shown this last month or so and that is as frustrating as the reality of the dropped points. Biottom line, appreciate the support from our fellow Reds. Whether you agree with our points or not your contribution and participation is valued and important. So looking forward to seeing you on the next broadcast.
@@liverpool12thman Of course, I appreciate the response man and i hope you are all keeping well. I will always support you guys and can understand the emotions, it just felt like some things were took a bit too personally and some responses weren't necessarily warranted, but again you guys always keep bringing the great shows and will never deter me from catching any Lives or watching back after the fact. Much love to you all and see you on the next show man. YNWA 🔴🙏
I didn't give my picks or breakdowns. Only the Mighty Reds Army got this round in. Let me know what you would have done differently though. We gave whatever their market value on TM as the price unless they had a recorded release clause and then in top of that gave 130m to the war chest.
My main concern with this club has been the availability of its key players. I rate Konate on his talent (albeit he let nw down against Everton) but overall I'd like to see us get a CB that can log the kind of minutes VVD does and create a solid if not telepathic bond of CB pairing. Therefore despite me rating Jota I can understand your selling of him. A major difference of reliance between Jota and Konate however in my opinion is the emphasis of minutes I would expect or require from the two.
@@liverpool12thman We can get CB, because Matip is done, Sepp might as well be sold, We can keep Konate and get another CB. as for Jota, he is always injured when we need him the most, i feel Nunez can be a squad player if we get a new striker who is reliable .
The selling Salah's topic always gets on my nerves; for years I kept hearing the same rhetoric BS from the unappreciative fans who kept dismissing Salah for a reason or another, whether he carries the team on his shoulders or whenever he's having a bad spell! And still Mo kept proving them wrong every single season somehow. When he scores, they say he's too greedy, when he makes the assists, they say he's losing his touch and not clinical or good enough, or he should've done better, and when doesn't score, oh he's under performing and we should get rid of him while his price is high!!!! No matter what you think of Salah, without his persistent and numbers, Liverpool won't be even in the top 5 let alone in the top 3 no matter how you slice it. His wages are too high they say, seriously,?!!! He earned that contract after giving some of his best football while making a fraction of what others earn in the other clubs in the PL! He broke all those records, got 3 golden boots, and finally helped the club winning two or more major trophies, all that while we was underpaid, and yet you wanna cut his current wages?... Why, are you paying it out of your own pockets?! The guy's public image alone and his T's brought money to club more than most of his teammates' combined for like 5 seasons consecutively! Some of those superficial fans seriously need to get a grip and learn some facts. LFC was sooo lucky to have his qualities as a professional athlete and as a human being. The guy is a constant threat even when he's underperforming, and he understands the game well enough to create spaces for his colleagues when he's not getting the ball or knows it's not his day. Besides, he's pretty much the only wild card we have on the pitch to create something at any given moment to help us win. He might not be always Messi, but a guy with his background who developed himself by moving to different clubs while retaining the purist mindset to be one of the best in world is something you don't see everyday. The guy has defied all odds against him... And now after coming back from a long injury while fasting, obviously he's not gonna be the best version of himself for a few games and you already wanna advocate the crowd to get rid of him or bench him?!... Unbelievable...
That's pretty much the reason why I did the episode. I understand out club has been blessed with a number of Legends but that doesn't mean we should treat them as if they are so easily disposable. There is a time for every player to call it a day. And a time when new players will be called on for greatness. I personally think Salah has more to offer and desires more trophies and records. For now though I'm focusing on hopefully him continuing his dominant performances against the Red Devils. Up the Reds!
@@liverpool12thman I get personal opinions are respected here and there, but sometimes they go beyond being disrespectful!!! Some of our dedicated players past and presents deserve a better treatment than this BS, especially those whom come once in a generation. I might not like every single player we have, but I know most of them are dedicated enough and trying their best considering the circumstances they're in, and that shouldn't give me a pass to go and trash them so easily, especially those who are in a legendary status like Mo... Some of the fans are simply shameless and cringy IMHO.
I think he was definitely involved in the breakdown (i think Conor was the last defender before that goal) But I think I was critical of Endo and the whole team collectively. That included Elliott, Bradley, Gomez, Quansah. United killed us on our right side that game. I'm focused on Brighton my Red. He' and the team are going to need to get this win with Anfield. Where will you be watching the game?
First of all, big up you all and great show. A few things Brian said I disagree with however. How can you give Elliot the benefit of the doubt for their winner but no benefit to Nunez for their equalizer? One lost the game, the other drew... Also saying its just one of those things doesn't fit. Nunez was tired, ran into the ground for 120 minutes and makes a huge mistake. Elliot was fresh on the field and turns off leaving us exposed with 1 defender, so why does that give Elliot more of a pass? Also, how do you think rating Szoboszlai higher than Endo works after both their performances yesterday?
I will let Brian answer for his own reasoning. As far as Dom vs Endo in who got the higher rating. I personally thought the only midfielder that had a decent game was Macca. Endo was involved in the buildup of one of the goals scored on us. As far as stats to account for some of their game (I'll list Endo stats then give Szoboszlai) ground duels he was 4/11 where as Dom was 3/8. Aerial duels 1/2 vs 1/1. I will concede that defensively Endo was more involved as he was callee on more than Dom. But Dom imo was more actively looking for his shot instead of playing defensive minded. You can argue that if Endo's goal had counted he would have a night and day difference in score though. I think though this game when it came to ratings was tough because it was like picking which bad apple of the bunch is the least bad instead of the best of the best.
@@liverpool12thman to be fair you've explained it perfectly and I agree with everything you have said 🤣. I am so annoyed about that offside goal, that game was written for an Endo goal in my opinion, but we move on. I appreciate the time you've taken to respond and I hope you guys keep working hard and bringing positivity to the Liverpool community 🙏🤝
I think it is for Liverpool but i might be wrong. I've never been fan of Klopp. klopp might win the FA Cup and maybe get to the final of UEFA Cup. But for me Klopp is a nearly man.
Klopp already has one trophy but what else would he need to win this year to change your perception of him? Or even if he wi s them all would he still be the same? No judgment, just wondering.
I by no means am advocating taking Mo off PKs but... while he's gone Darwin is my spot kick taker. I think it could be so influential in his progression. If we went to a shootout who's your 5th kicker? Thats going on the assumption that's your shooting order too.
12th man when I said 'watch along would be great' commentary only, I meant your commentary not the TV. Im sure you could mute the mic and have a headset mic. Stream labs seems popular. As you say it's just background sound to avoid copywrite strike. Food for thought for growing your awesome channel.
Big up brother. Nice little smash and grab at the Emirates. Sorry to hear Trent picked up an injury...but we move. I trust Kloppo and Pep and the boys to push on and show grit and resilience. Looking forward to the League Cup game tomorrow. We've got Anfield and we're a stronger team, even with our lengthy injury list. Up the Reds!
Yeah the list of Reds on the mend is pretty crazy. Obviously there is no real preventive fix for injuries but it is honestly maddening how we have a list of players that could or probably would start on the majority of teams in the Prem. "Next Man Up" mentality though! Some of these Reds are on the doorstep of returning, our Academy players have seized the opportunity and shown true Reds spirit, and all the infinity stones are still on the table for us. Up the Reds!
You're a good man. Thank you for your channel. YNWA Ps I'm trying to get Gav from 'Talkin' Kop' to invite you on the Panel. Hopefully we can get this done. Could you please put your email in the description. Cheers bro.
I just see the club as fans, players, coaches, and administration. So people like Edwards, Ward, Schmadtke, etc I place together with the administration. That's the reason I said my comment.
@@liverpool12thman I think John Henry signs the cheques and my 90 year old mother knows more about which player to buy. 😊 With respect to John Henry. This is why I say 'Liverpool shouldn't sign anyone in January' to keep Henry happy so he doesn't sell. Plus let's make the most of what we have.
@@nigel8499 big up to your 90 yr old mother. You should have her subscribe and chime in. Hopefully she is a Red too. I totally agree that JH is not doing a Boehly and just splashing cash on whomever is a hot topic on Twitter. Like him or hate him you have to admit he is a shrewd businessman. He most likely leaves it to people that know the sport and trusts the algorithm they have. What do you have as the outcome for Sunday? I am low key feeling a first ever as a Red, Gomez goal.
@@liverpool12thmanmy mum spent the 1st 30 years of her life less than a mile from Anfield ground in a little terrace house in Feltwell Road. But she doesn't follow football. It was my British sense of humour. 😊
@@liverpool12thmanSunday? I'm confident we'll win. Winning against Arsenal is more important than we realise. Win and the coach back to Liverpool from London will be FULL of joy to make us press on and Win multiple trophies. I can't overstate the importance of Winning on Sunday.
Big up, bro. Good show, again. I would have joined in a bit more in the discussion, but I had the show on Bluetooth in my car. Try to catch the live streams whenever I can, wherever I am. Looking forward to the big game on Saturday. Catch you on the next one. YNWA!
Big up 12th! Great conversation with Kwasi and the chat. I caught the last hour or so of your discussion with JJ and G. I really enjoyed it as well. Looking forward to the League Cup game on Wednesday. Up the Reds! YNWA!
Big up 12th man! Just passing through to show some love since I missed the live stream. Keep up the great work with the content. Hopefully Oprah is in attendance on Sunday to hand out them goals, haha! Up the Reds! YNWA!
