I don't think the video is around anymore. It might've been deleted, which is quite possible. It was an old video by user Radioguy95 I don't know if anybody remembers it, but the video was titled Weather radio received in nuevo León, Mexico, and it was a broadcast of Khb33 out of Pharr,TX using the old CRS Tom voice. The video was recorded using a Motorola Black radio. The video was probably recorded sometime around 2013 or so The video is probably deleted
