Oh my goodness! the way you described your cucs made me laugh🤣 as long as the fruit are still edible? 😉 Mine have just started to bare new fruit again and there are loads of them atm (all still tiny with flowers at the end) though they might not be able to grow long and big before it gets too cold again. I am rooting for your raspberry cuttings to survive, it would be thrilling for you🥰 I bought a bareroot one very cheaply and it didn't survive but I was not expecting too much from it. However, I got a voluntary one growing in one of my pots! (I'm not complaining at all) though I have no clue where it came from, as I don't think any of my neighbours have it in theirs. 🤔 Exciting progress on your special plum tree🥳 that's actually a good idea about using mesh for the big holes, I wouldn't have thought of doing this, thank you :) Hopefully you'll soon have your plum tree all settled and snuggly in its location.🙂 I love this hummingbirds💓 it's coming on okay at night but not as bright like earlier on when we had short spell of warmer days🙉. I have also managed to move the remaining 3 tommies in pots outside into the greenhouse (video to be followed here soon) so fingerscrossed we'll get to see those fruiting better,now they're in the sheltered location. @DIMANIA thank you so much for enjoying my videos, I'm glad they are bringing you peace🙂 Thank you 🥰 I had been googling to see the possibilities of sending seeds/cuttings of mum in a million rose to India. Sadly, it looks like there isn't really an easy way or rather possible way to do this from the UK to India, apologies 🙁. It would be really lovely if you could grow this particular rose in your garden, though. Have you tried looking online if there is any that supply this particular rose to your area or perhaps a garden centre locally who can advise you 🙂 On regards to growing it, I can't see any reasons why it can't survive in your lovely warm weather, though the type of care and pruning it would require from you, may totally be different vs if it's growing in a climate like the UK 🙂 This rose is called 'mum in a million rose', I wonder if there is an equivalent type of this rose in India or if it's named slightly different. 🙏 Have a lovely day and happy gardening 🌱🥰 --- Maggie xx

Bardzo się cieszę, że znów masz ciepło, Dorotko :) choć rośliny nie mają się najlepiej, ale mam nadzieję, że będzie dobrze :) Zauważyłam, że lato w tym roku było chłodniejsze i krótsze. Słońce wyszło już wcześniej, ale jesienny gruchający wiatr delikatnie wkrada się do środka, a jego szept staje się coraz głośniejszy. Jak bardzo pragnę i tęsknię, aby sezon letni trwał dłużej, ale jesień jest już tuż za rogiem. Już niedługo odłożymy nasze narzędzia ogrodnicze na cały rok, a my, ogrodnicy, będziemy mogli odwinąć rękawy! :) Całkowicie zgadzam się co do róż, uważam, że niektóre lubią przebywać w doniczkach i psuć się, LOL :D i muszę przyznać, że w pełni czerpią korzyści z leczenia! I giggled silly about the solar lights 🤭 l've been so excited at the thought of dressing it with fairy lights! but still waiting for any bargains to get some🤣 Do you have some in/on yours?🙂 I am trying to think the safest way to do this, wether to hang the fairy lights outside or inside the greenhouse🤔. Thank you, it took me ages to notice the missing big Van Gogh at the corner of the bedding, not until I walked around the back area of the garden and found it on the ground🙈 I surely know now to stake them sunflowers properly next time!🙀 I love how you narrate how your sunflower is doing, it sounds amazing. I didn't know about the squirrel's ability and determination to decapitate some (but I know they can be surprising and cheeky little fellas) this is sooo adorable though, I will ensure to leave some of mine for them to enjoy the seeds later on this year. 🥰 Jungle-like greenhouse sounds perfect to me🥰 I would love to see mine develop into a healthy, functioning one, like yours. Next year, I will try and grow some unpinched toms again but in the greenhouse, the three I have here in pots growing outside, keep on losing branches. I think it's because I haven't staked them properly again like I did with my sunflower!🤣. Hopefully next year I can try again but will keep them inside the greenhouse with loads of support and strings. I am happy your cucumbers are doing okay despite the slugs :) Mine has produced 2 good medium-sized cucs but after these the new baby cucs with flowers are just turning yellow and then dropping off the stems, I reckon I've been overkeen on Tomorite? that or overwatering it or maybe underwatering🤔. Thank you so much for the much needed reminder about my toms, I will quickly look on youtube on how to do this correctly and will start doing the tapping ritual with them first thing tomorrow🥰🤞 When we leave the door open we get some buzzers here too but as soon as they get in I think they would panick and then I would panick too🤣😂 and can see them flying all over the place trying to escape and so I help them out ASAP🙈 so a tapping dance from tomorrow will be in order! @@lifeisbeautiful-smile Hi Maggie, I currently have a couple of clip on coloured bulb type lights in my greenhouse, 2 years old now & still working. The bulbs are plastic & haven't melted even though my greenhouse gets sun for most of the day. I had lights around the outside of my metal shed on magnetic hooks, with the solar panel propped on the rooftop for maximum sunlight. Every year we had to buy new ones - I think the rain might have been getting into the panel over winter so I haven't bothered buying any this year. I still have some individual ones in pots or on crooks. some colour change & flickering lantern types. My rule is you can never have too many solar lights 😁I'd have more but as you say, the cost! I always grow cucumbers in the greenhouse, not outdoors. I think they prefer the heat & protection. I give them a big pot, the same as I would for a tomato plant, prop a trellis behind for climbing, dig in chicken manure pellets when planting, then feed once a week with tomato food, water daily. Plants like cucs & celery are made up of a large percent of water so I assume they like plenty ? I'm no expert on anything - I can only tell you what I find has worked for me ! Tomato tapping - you have to be the bee ! 🐝Tap new flowers a few times gently with finger - the aim is to get the pollen to shift from the back to the front of the flower to pollinate. Some people say to give the plants a good shake instead but I worry that I'll snap something off doing that. My greenhouse is a basic 6 by 6 ft type. I can fit 5 pots along the back. Yours looks to be 6 by 8 ? You'll work out how to fit everything in by trial & error 😁 My sunflowers are from hamster food & birdseed, nothing fancy. The hamster food ones can be different varieties - I've had singles & multi headers from the same pack, different petals & shades of yellow. I rather like the element of surprise ! I totally agree with your rule, indeed, one can never have too many solar lights, it just adds magic to the garden. I can imagine your garden looking extra lovely at night. 🥰 I was thinking about storing my lights here, once the cold season sets in, hopefully this will prolong the life of my solar lights? at least for some years :) Thank you so much for taking the time to share your greenhouse situation relating to my queries, I will especially look for some clip-on solar lights to install in mine. Regarding cucs ---I shall follow your approach come next year, I already have some spare big pots for a cuc or 2 and will look into getting some chicken manure and a trellis support (I might be able to make some using bamboos, maybe?) I tried the tapping ritual I think I did the first taps too hard and lost some flowers 😳 but after many attempts, I now have learned the right tempo to doing this. I think you've described it really well and you're very right about shaking it good! I did this and almost lost all the flowers! 😆 Thank you for the explanation on why we need do this :) You're spot on :) our greenhouse is 6 by 8 ft. Hopefully I can find ways around fitting more pots in here. So many exciting plants to put! but I definitely need to learn how to maximise its productive usage rather than focusing on making it look like a fairyhouse fit for someone like me, with loads of decors!🤣which what I've been doing currently🙈. Ooh! another great idea here --- I will look for the hamster food and will surely get a packet to plant for next year, this is sooooo exciting! Zdecydowanie przekracza moje oczekiwania, które obecnie są bardzo, bardzo niskie, bo jeszcze nie nauczyłam się go poprawnie używać :D Mam nadzieję, że uda mi się o niego dobrze zadbać, żeby służył wiecznie. Dziękuję :) Mama na milion jest naprawdę piękna. Jest coś w ułożeniu płatków, co również mnie urzeka. Róża Pasterska jest naprawdę wyjątkowa i już po raz drugi w tym roku radzi sobie całkiem nieźle. Chyba właśnie odkryłam moc skórek od bananów! Po prostu je posiekałem i posypałem podstawę moich róż. Będę musiała jeść więcej owoców, żeby mieć więcej skórek do podzielenia się z moimi różami. Różę Pokoju rzeczywiście trudno zadowolić (ćśśś) Mam nadzieję, że powiedziałem to szeptem, żeby jeszcze bardziej nie zdenerwować tej róży! :D Dziękuję bardzo, że zawsze doceniasz moje filmy, przyjacielu. W jakiś sposób mam takie wrażenie, że Desdemona mogłaby rosnąć i przetrwać lepiej, gdyby została zasadzona w ziemi. Niestety nie mam dla nich miejsca w obecnym łóżku, ale może uda mi się je wcisnąć później, jeśli będą wolne miejsca. Chyba muszę już przestać dodawać tu więcej roślin :D Moje obecne zmagania 😆 A ja też lubię głównie byliny, więc pewnie żadna im się jeszcze nie ustąpi 🙈 💌💝😘xxx

Good morning 🙂 Thank you for your message, I hope you are well and that the sun will soon put its hat on for us🌄. It is indeed very subtle and elegant rose.🥰 I didn't really notice this before until I started making videos, when I'm unable to record the moment straight-away and have to leave the task later on, slowly I realised how much the blooms size change throughout the day (that is, if we are having beautiful weather and the is sun shining!). So I would end up recording patchy clips in different times and days to capture this process😆 I also noticed this my Emily Bronte and Golden Wedding Anniversary roses😍 Oooh, I actually never thought of the sunflower following the sun, that makes sense now why they keep on moving about!🤣 These slabs have been moved so many times already, we put these like you can see in the video when we had to use wheelbarrow for the greenhouse project. I love how portable these concrete squares. Honestly, if they could talk and walk, probably would have walked out already on me! 😆 Hopefully though these are now to stay forever laid next to the greenhouse for extra footpath around the area🥰 Thank you so much, we're hoping the greenhouse will be completed around next month, fingers crossed:)🤞. I can totally relate with you, I am so pleased to hear I'm not the only one that goes out here and speak to each of them, like children, everyday. 🥰 The struggle, I find, is knowing when is enough!🤣 I think our tiny space would soon let me know 🙈. Apart from making a raised border around here, we didn't really make a 'plan' originally of what plants to have here, so like yourself, I also ended up planting roses all over the place in the winter of 2020 and then just adding random companion plants afterwards, whatever tickles my fancy, without knowing which is what and their height and appropriateness😂 I'm so lucky it turned out as is now, despite my approach to gardening. It really means a lot when I receive appreciation from my viewers, so thank you so much💝 Garden centre like garden sounds like haven to me😍 I hope to have the same success as you with seeds one day🥰 Happy Sunday and gardening 🌞🙏 Maggie xxx

@teslaandhumanity7383 Yes, I am in the UK too 🥰. Some of my potted-roses got eaten too but I'm unsure of which one amongst my tons of garden companions (or whom?! 😂) However, the ones in the ground seemed to have been okay so far🤞which is a bit odd (not complaining though!). I tried keeping companion plants in my potted-roses but I think, LA & Desde have now had enough and are now resolute to not share their space with anything anymore😆 I might be sneaky and try and test these theory again later on! Oh my goodness! Blimey 😂🤣 Your foxgloves made me laugh so hard! You must have the best quality of fake grass, it pranked and tricked the foxgloves brilliantly🤣. Thank you for sharing this hilarious moment in your garden and for the good laugh❤ I had a quick look online and can see what you mean with Old Woolerton Hall 🤩😍 soooo beautiful! Dziękuję bardzo za wiadomość, mój piękny przyjacielu ogrodniku <3 Mam nadzieję, że nie masz nic przeciwko, że wspomniałem Twoje imię i kanał :) Po prostu uważam Twój kanał za źródło pozytywnej energii i inspiracji, szczerze czuję, że powinieneś już mieć ich więcej widzów i subskrybentów, więcej osób będzie szczęśliwych i zrelaksowanych po obejrzeniu Twojego pięknego ogrodu. Zawsze to robię :) Groszek, który kupiłem, gdy był jeszcze malutki, z lokalnego ogrodu. To był tylko eksperyment polegający na posadzeniu go w doniczce z tulipanami, które nie rosły dobrze. Zobaczę, czy uda mi się znaleźć film, który nakręciłem, kiedy to zrobiłem, i prześlę tutaj szybki film, aby go udostępnić. :) Może następnym razem spróbujesz uprawy w doniczce? Uwielbiam wszystkie rośliny, które już rosną w Twoim ogrodzie, choć wszystko jest zdrowe i piękne! Oregano jest niesamowite, całkowicie się z tym zgadzam. Musiałam je posadzić w doniczkach, bo tak łatwo rosną w mojej ziemi ogrodowej i szybko się rozprzestrzeniają, ale są tutaj perełką dla owadów, jak to miło powiedziałeś. Nie mogę ci wystarczająco podziękować za tak potrzebną radę na temat floksów, więc pomyślałem, żeby ci podziękować w moim filmie <3 Mam teraz więcej niż 1 główkę kwiatową, yay! Czerwoną różę trzeba odizolować dopiero, gdy umieściłam obok niej różowe róże :D Ciągle walczyły o uwagę moich oczu i kręciło mi się w głowie, na którą patrzeć najpierw! :D Mam nadzieję, że znajdziesz dla siebie idealne miejsce, jestem pewien, że tak czy inaczej ;) Lilie tutaj są niesamowite, nieważne, gdzie je położę, po prostu rosną tak wysokie i szalone, niestety skończyły mi się kołki, aby je wszystkie utrzymać, więc niektóre są po prostu wygięte i nie wyprostowane, ale równie kwitnące. Modlę się, żeby Twoje następnym razem dobrze rosły, ale widziałam u Ciebie w ogrodzie te krótsze, te też są przepiękne <3 Wygrzebię tu nazwy lilii i wyślę Ci kolejną wiadomość z ich imionami :) Przepraszam, ta wiadomość jest najdłuższa, jaką Ci wysłałam, pewnie już byś był śpiący, przesyłam serdeczne pozdrowienia piękna ogrodniczko 💌💝🤗<3 xxx
