As my team is doing vv ecmo in guite remote location, we know all that this is only matter of time, when we will be forced to do va, as patient with failing lv wont tollerate the transport. Do you find watching intubations to have any significant added value in learning intubation, or do you feel only the physical act significantly increases competency?
