Thank you doc for this great lecture. As my team is doing vv ecmo in guite remote location, we know all that this is only matter of time, when we will be forced to do va, as patient with failing lv wont tollerate the transport. Such lectures are of great interest of us. To get knowledge you placed here, probably one must spent dozens of hours reading. Thank you, and good luck to you and your patients.

Do you find watching intubations to have any significant added value in learning intubation, or do you feel only the physical act significantly increases competency?
