I think the Filipino guy is closer to Steve Perry. Hugo nails Steve in his lower register but struggles with the highest register and goes flat. Arnold from the Phillipines does better in the higher register.

Clearly these people from Hickville USA don't know the meaning of the word RESPECT! He is 3 weeks off of losing a close friend and they don't understand that he is trying to sing a tribute. RIDICULOUS
Such an obnoxious , unappreciative crowd for such an amazing tribute. He even attempted a subtle heads up, explaining how difficult a song it is for him; but that didn't matter to ignorance.

@@rickdeckard1075 paid commentator?? I just went and seen him live tuesday night. He sounded damn good. Idk if it was where he cancelled the last 2 shows leading up to this one and his voice had more rest idk but he sounded great.
