Istg yesterday I started testing this and I just wanted a variant that would play impulse without the wicckid shenanigans and the lizard did good I'm so glad someone else has the same idea, our list is kinda similar

If u not want to play the brick card the combo maybe Nepyrim>add dispersion>add another nepyrim>nepyrim eff additional norsum second nepyrim from hand>then xyz to kaspitel 🤔
@@danstern102 I misread sorry lmao Yes it's interesting, it removes the two bricks and potentially one or two spell gem-knights if Nepyrim must imperatively start the combo🧐 it removes the possibility of starting with the spell but there's still seventh tachyon looking for the gem-knight so it's probably more interesting
Something important that I don't see anyone talking about is that Galatea-I turns Girsu into a World Legacy engine now. While the best search for -I in pure Orcust is still Babel, she can also act as an alternate combo-card by letting you search World Armor. If you mill Wand afterwards (whether sending it as cost for -I/Return or using Knightmare), you can use Wand to summon the searched Armor and use that Armor to search ANOTHER World Legacy card, like Crown for a negate or Succession to revive from GY. It does mean you have to decide between Crescendo or Babel using regular Galatea, but it opens up the other World Legacy monsters for use with Girsu as the combo starter, even in a non-Orcust deck. Not needing to rely on Orcusts' banishes to start combos also means you can even go into Lib for more World Legacy searches! That's the magic of this new support, it opens up options that either never existed before OR were too convoluted to use competitively, but Galatea-I smooths all of that out with ease.
If one can afford the deck space, searching Armor via Galatea would be preferable to searching Crown directly, especially if you have some way to dump Wand afterwards. You get two extra bodies on the field instead of one, one of them (Armor) being a 2500/2500 beatstick that can be used for link climbing into Galatea or Longirsu. Crown can Special Summon itself to the zone that Galatea-I points to, after all; unlike the other Legacies, it doesn't need Wand to cheat itself out of the hand, which is what makes it as good as it is. In fact, this is as simple as dumping Knightmare by ANY method, using Galatea-I's search to grab Armor, and banishing Knightmare to dump Wand from the Deck. While it locks you into DARK due to Knightmare, this proves my point that Galatea-I on her own is enough to raise Orcust and World Legacy to a competitive level, and into the territory of being a splashable engine for other decks; barring Gamma/Nibiru/Ogre, you now always have SOME combo to go into off of any Orcust (or World Key), with Girsu simply being the best one to open with by dint of absolute versatility.
the decklist is not optimal, especially because the support is not released so you can easily ignore 🫡 but in itself, the kashtira are good interrupts and baits for handtraps, in go second the cards are nice too I also like the fact that they are free bodies, to do your links or maybe go to fiendsmith
higher end board power if you can sequence them correctly when you got them in hand. banish a card face down, rip from the ed, and banish 3 from the gy
what do you think of Armageddon knight as starter for the deck now that harp is one card full combo armageddon should be the same endboard as harp right?
we already have 7 one card combo, I don't think it's really useful to add other norms tbh 🤔 Better to keep these slots for other engines like horus, fiendsmith or Azamina imo🧐
I checked and there is a 63% chance of having a one card combo in hand, knowing that coupled with other engines there are other accesses to orcust, I find that correct 🤔 but you can do tests with armageddon, you will be able to see if it brings you more consistency! 🫡
Without Apollousa, I think that in itself it is possible to have at least the 3 link monsters in the gy if the opponent nibs too late, otherwise I don't think so tbh🥲

As a new player to ygo its always nice to be able to watch combo lines. Thanks for showing so many different different routes, I think Maliss might be my next deck when it comes out in the TCG.

Yesterday I tried taking Bystial Exosister to locals and kept losing Bystial wars with people … so now that I found this, I’m going to replace the dragons with divas 😅
I'm trying it right now, it's beautiful! in the 14 free slots I put 9 ht + 3x of small world to get refrain more times(and could even bait ash for ostinato) and a little engine (in side to use when going first) for an extra omni negate: springans pedor and king regulus in main + merrymaker and sargas in extra, so instead of masquerena i can do merrymaker that sends pedor to gy,summon sargas using merrymaker, add regulus with sargas effect and summon him by equipping pedor from gy. it's really good as it is but if you have some other advice of cards i can put i'm all ears
