What if the plaintiff hires a lawyer and then goes to family court and the plaintiffs lawyer asks the judge for his partner lawyer to be the child guardian lawyer for 3 kids and the family court judge knows they are partners because of past cases they were on together and I didn't know or consent to these lawyers and judge doing this, thanks.

Engaging in constitutionally, protected activity like bearing arms, can only be a crime in the eyes of tyrants. The California permit scheme is unconstitutional because it requires payment, actual residency within the state, Proficiency examination, “Good moral character”, and restricts type of weapon allowed. The 2022 SCOTUS Bruen case says otherwise. Additionally, the fourth amendment protect us from unreasonable, search, and seizure. When it comes to gun laws, California can kiss my sweet ass..
Simple answer, it DOESN’T work! There are over 100,000 registrants in California and less than 6% of that are considered to be dangerous by the Courts. The remainder are mostly non repeat offenders and those that have failed to register for many reasons( clerical, transient, incarcerated for a different offense ). The registry is a political tool, not a safety one. It ruins innocent lives as much as the offenses it seeks to monitor.
Ya know if they want to require a permit to conceal im not against it provided there is a clear and reasonable path and take a reasonable amount of time to get but in exchange it should be constitutional open carry
I recently retired from law enforcement in California. I never, ever enforced a California gun law against an otherwise law abiding citizen. If you had a full auto AK and were obviously law abiding…..have a nice day. Gun laws are illegal to enforce.
If your a criminal there is nothing! They are released before the ink is dry on the arrest report. Laws only affect law abiding citizens! Criminals could care less about your penalties!

I know San Diego has a lot of suicides due to community harassment. These People are placed in the terrorist data base illegally under category 3&4. “ blacklisted because they ran into the wrong person who had connections to that data base. The FBI has been hiding this from Congress but hold on! Justice is coming soon . This is their sick goal to harass the victim 24/7 with psychological torture known as no touch torture. The FBI, FUSION CENTERS, DOJ AND POLICE ARE ALL AWARE AND IN ON IT. Then pay people with cash/ gift cards so it can’t be traced back to Congress. They’re killing people everyday who don’t know what is going on. Why they’re being followed , intimidated, denied services, shunned so the person has no one to help them. The government must be held accountable for those people they place in the terrorist data base who ended their lives their family need answers and compensation.
