I replaced my mk7.5 VW Golf R with the N, and yes, from pics and vids it gives me the same vibes but when you’re up close it’s true the N is way more SUV. It’s much bigger and heavier but does a great job hiding its weight.

I’m considering buying a 2013 with 79k miles ( driver has driven it about 7k miles since he got it) , one owner, and well maintained. I’m horrified about future battery issues or LDU unit but know that it can be a great car. I work from home mostly but drive to Chicago 1-2x a week. Seems like a no beainer for me for 11k. Thoughts ? I don’t want to read too much into horror stories but know that these things might happen.
I can’t promise you it won’t happen but all I can say is mine has been flawless. I do think it’s a very small percentage of ones that do fail and when it does get published, it explodes on the Internet and is over hyped. Just like vehicle electric fires. Only reason I would get rid of my car is for something like an SUV as I have two kids and it is sometimes a pain but I just drove it 100 miles today and it was such a sublime drive. The model S really is a amazing car.

Yes and yes, I recently went on a two week vacation and when I got back to this bed, it was heaven. I really do believe this mattress makes a big difference.

Absolutely I think it would be a great car, but you have to have a little bit of risk tolerance. Remember the drive motor or the battery could go because it would be out of warranty unless you get a newer one. But if you can take that kind of risk I would say go for it. Mine is 11 years old still going strong on the original battery.
Yes and I was a huge skeptic but a fraud f mine did it and did a clay bar buffing for 4 hours to clean up all the oxidation and old wax, now I’m a believer but it has to be done right
I'm looking at used teslas and I am trying to figure out how the hell do you guys afford the insurance? I'm getting quoted crazy numbers (if they even give a quote) the lowest number I've seen so far was 750 a month.
I had to shop around and what I did find out is a lot of these policies were doing something called stacked insurance where if you have two cars who basically doubles the payout. I made them unstack the insurance, and I also shopped around, which helped a lot. And although I do like Teslas, I do know it is cheaper to ensure other electric vehicles like the Chevys and the Fords due to cheaper repair cost.
3:04 tesla aren't the ones developing those games and coming up with new games , those are mobile games like the ones in your android or iphone that they just ported out and installed them on their intel or amd chipset . basically it boils down to that .

For energy independence, I would buy an electric vehicle. You can charge your vehicle at home and take out the middleman and never go to a gas station.
