YaXan TV is an initiative by a group of friends who draw inspiration from the 12th-century Arab Andalusian philosopher, Ibn Tufayl. He authored the first philosophical novel, Ḥayy ibn Yaqẓān. We hold that understanding human civilization as an interconnected continuum rather than a single dominant part can lead us from ignorance and regression to enlightenment and progress.
Drawing from the novel's protagonist, Ḥayy ibn Yaqẓān, we strongly advocate that humans can attain enlightenment through objective inquiry, rather than being limited by their individual belief systems or cultural perspectives. We aim to liberate ourselves from cultural and doctrinal biases and instead, be guided by a shared appreciation for the natural world.
YaXan's mission is to shift the intellectual narrative from a Clash of Civilizations to a Conversation of Civilizations, ultimately leading to the Cooperation of Civilizations. Through the promotion of reason, our goal is to foster a free and open society.

I want you (if possible) to address or record a well-structured and comprehensive lecture on the question of "why the post-colonial Pakistani populace in particular and South Asians in general react violently or intend to exhibit violent behaviour?" What are the socio-political and psychological reasons? And is there any role of colonial administrative policies in shaping violently reactive behaviour in the populace? as one of the reason you already addressed (ghazali thoughts and teaching and later on role of Islamic empires) And I am waiting for your weekly book reviews on Yaxan TV.
