I would keep the Ryker and the Spyder. I am 74, still want the wind in my face. Use to have a Honda Shadow. Now I have a Ryker Rally 900! My doctor said I am too old for two wheels. W. Michael Pinket
Have a very important question. When I installed the same floorboards , the right foot board ( brake pedal side ) reused screw that attaches to the bike bracket doesn’t screw all the way through . Seems the bracket slides in and doesn’t give room for the screw to go all the way in to hole to the end of the threaded hole . I have it on there tight and it’s holding . It just looks like it needs a longer screw now . Is this like yours ?
I think it's stupid if you want a 4 wheeler then that's what you go for, a quad, the Ryker is a 3 wheel design it's not designed to carry all that weight, it's a lot of stress on the trans and engine because of the extra weight
Hey C8 you study on that clutching yet? Told u, you got 30 additional hp to wheel that can be unlocked. Its almost identical like adding a turbo on when I tuned it.
That is how canam should of rolled out the ryker.. This way all them 2 wheel guys would shut their mouth talkin trash. That hate is real best believe it too. If you had two on the back you would definitely need a significant boost in hp. Probably atleast min ideal would be 115 hp. Fix top end adjusted to match spyder. I would run it lowered, with low profile 13s and a stiff suspension. Total opposite of this 22s everyone trippin on. Its smarter, more light weight. The secret sauce in ryker is low weight , every ounce, every pound is gold.
What up three wheel fam I got to take my ryker rally to its first bike rally deep in South Carolina this past Saturday with the Tri City Riderz own Pastor Hamilton and I had a blast.
great comparison review of both models (i even watched the commercial haha), but i think the ryker is enough bike for me, also the local shop was running a special on the 900cc for 8k, which is more in my budget. just trying to figure out where to park it without a garage lol.
Great job! I just wish someone would make a cruise control for us 21 and under rykers lol. Glad my key is a real key but I would love cruise control. For a second I thought this was it.
What ended up being the issue. I'm currently having this issue. The YAW sensor was replaced and went back into limo mode the next day. Same codes as you.
Mr. Pate sir. If I'm correct? This pedal box gizmo is more like a speed control. Or is it like a cruise control? But I don't know much about devices such as a pedal box. Or maybe sir. You can elaborate to me what this gizmo really does.
@@c8pate744 I see. Thank you for your response sir. I understand how a pedal box works now. And thank you for the heart Mr. Pate sir. Have a good evening, and a nice weekend sir.
That’s those double broad Cicadas coming out together!! Better make sure you always got a helmet on!! Imagine catching a cicada to the mouth or eye at 50 miles an hour!! 😳😫😫damn!! 😂😂
I like that lock and limit mode. I’ve had the Pedal Cimmander since I got the bike in 2020. I’m in City +3 all the time but Sports Plus I definitely turnt up with fam on the Slingshot😮! Nice review my guy!
C8 _ When you modify your primary and secondary clutch, like utv guys and atv guys with canams do, you increase the actual power delivery from the engine to the final drive and also change the power curve as well.. I spent all winter and spring time on my 600 modifying them two and it's not ez to figure out. There is a science behind adjusting springs and weights and the helix to fine tune it to your needs. What i discovered is I added on 30 hp for one.. Two I can increase my top end rpms to insane amounts (not recommended) You can gear it to perform exceptionally well for city streets or the highway for more top end If it's tuned for city, you will max out fast So right now I am working on developing a solution to have maximum city and highway via a quick way to adjust this tune, I estimate 5 min max. If it works, I might produce it and sell it.
@@c8pate744 alot of guys in the 4 wheel segment rely only on clutch tuning. They don't go in crazy with other performance mods. That's how big of a difference it does. Like I said when I modified mine, and initially David did at adhoc, it was like night and day, almost as if someone slapped a low boost turbo on. Once you realize what's going on here it opens your eyes and makes plug and play items look really small bro .
Do you know what codes the pedal commander was throwing. My friend has one and I think that could be what's causing his problems. I have the pedal box and no problems thank GOD.
