In other countries, the govt make it a must to send a message to each and every person’s mobile informing them of the weather conditions! The govt should seriously think of doing that !!!

This is the result of a corrupted government, canceling big drains to favour unnecessary road infracture. A new flyover is being constructed at Terre Rouge where they squeezed a five feet drain into 18". From Caudan roundabout/bridge to the metro station there used to be a drain of 10 feet; they constructed the railroad over it ! At Camp Chapelon they constructed the railroad over a drain of 30 feet, the same thing at Curepipe. Believe it or not they are performing CLOUD SEEDING in this country !!! Black River used to be a desert like desperate and arid land; today it's like a green carpet. It seems crazy, but in a few years people will realize it !!
