I know this is old but Egypt Air has got to be the trashiest airline in existence. I wanted to give them a shot and tried to buy business class tickets from Cairo to Jakarta and their website is disgusting to work with. Took them 2 hours to send me the verification email for my registration 30 minutes after I had bought tickets from Etihad
This is very helpful blog .we didn’t know this before , we were delayed bag so many times but we never know that we can claim . Thank you for this . Delayed check in bag while traveling from emirates airlines to Canada emirates .There is no option for claiming for reimbursement . when we called the airport baggage of emirates how to claim , they said to write a feedback but they didn’t give any other option , After we wrote the feedback when we called again they said that they will respond in 60 days for feed back is that true ? How to go for claim for delayed baggage There is no option to write for claim for delayed baggage in emirates . Our Bag was delayed from 23 July received at 29 July . So is this feed back is the option for claiming ?
Hello I saw your video for Air Canada lost and delayed bag compensation video . I had the same situation from Montreal airport . Myself and my wife 4 bags from Montreal airport . After 45 days investigation Air Canada reported the bag as lost and they send me a compensation cheque worth $2235 which is very less amount for our 4 lost bags . They asked us to file a claim to our insurance company . We didn’t submit any receipts for the expenses in the past 45 days . Is that a problem for the less amount cheque ? Could you please advise us to find a resolution for this case ? We have been sending email to them and they are not willing to compensate more money

Dear sir, On December 20, 2023, I travelled from Jakarta-Cairo (MS 978), Laku Cairo-Jeddah (MS661) and arrived at the North Jeddah airport-terminal (Booking No. PRE4R9). I lost my baggage in the form of a bag and I have complained to the airport baggage loss department at Jeddah airport. and I have received proof of the report and they said that I would be contacted 1 or 2 days later but until January 5, 2023, no one contacted me. Unfortunately, the contact number listed for the Egypt Air Call Center is a private number, not an airport or Egypt Air employee. Then, because there was no information, we finally bought new clothes in Medina. We spent much money for it because we will stay at medina 4 days and 12 days at mecca Then, On January 5 2024 at 21.00 we went to Jeddah to check in at the Egypt air counter for our return to Jakarta (booking ticket (PRE4R9). Before checking in I took the time to go again to the baggage loss section at North Jeddah airport and based on the results of tracking my bag's position. It's at Cairo Airport. OK, from here at first I thought that if I was at Cairo Airport, I would take it all during the Jeddah-Cairo, Cairo, Jakarta transit. But here a new problem started... namely when I checked in at the Egypt Air Jeddah counter for the Jeddah flight - Cairo (MS644) and Cairo-Jakarta (MS977) It turned out that I had not been served by the counter staff for a long time and apparently I was rejected because the Cairo Jakarta route was cancelled. I complained and said why there was no notification at all via email or telephone. Then I was terminated unilaterally by the Egyptian Air supervisor in Jeddah by purchasing Saudi Airlines tickets for the Jeddah-Madinah and Madinah-Jakarta routes at a cheaper price than the ticket I paid for Egyptian Air and a transit time of 14 hours at madinah. Meanwhile, I also had to move from North Jeddah airport to the new airport (South) Jeddah, I had to pay a lot for a taxi and in Madinah I had to pay for taxi accommodation, food, and a new hotel again because we wait at madinah for 14 hours. Before we left, we asked the Egyptian Air supervisor in Jeddah about compensation for flight cancellations without notification, without refund of the difference in the ticket price, because the ticket we paid for Egyptian Air was more expensive than the Saudi Airlines price purchased by Egyptian Air, baggage lost, or our fate was to pay for a taxi to New Jeddah airport, buy food etc... but we were ignored and told to just leave. So I want to complain because based on international flight rules I should get compensation for: 1. Unilateral cancellation without notification via SMS, telephone or e-mail 2. Purchasing a Saudi airline ticket unilaterally by Egypt Air resulted in a difference in the ticket price that I paid, the difference in price should have been returned to me 3. Then, due to my bag being lost or late, by purchasing new clothes, I should be able to replace this purchase 4. Spirit completely lost my bag going to Colombia and didn’t honor the Montreal Convention only gave me $584 lol. Small claims it is. Quick question if I were to cash the check would that mean I cannot sue them for everything else they owe?

@FatimasFamilyTravels kinda suddenly worried about thunderball now. Seeing conflicting reviews/comments that for some pol it hurts ur back almost possibly so hard it leaves red marls! Did u experience this? What would be the cause, not enough water? Maybe its only for guys with no short at more risk??
Amazing video 👏 I have a business class in September but i am too scared to travel 😔 As i have heard they don't have flat lie beds on every flight. As i met with an accident I was really looking forward to have a relaxing and comfortable experience. My journey will be of 6 hours. Sitting for that long will be so uncomfortable. I really hope they update their planes when i travel
I’m surprised the hotel accommodation for connecting passengers is still a thing in this era of cost-cutting! My family and I flew connected through Cairo back in 2004 and we got two nights there. Great times.

The boat was fine, no issues. Our mom took nausea medication ahead of time, because she does tend to feel sea sick easily, but the rest of us were fine. Our boat went to the hot springs first and then the volcano, so come in your swimsuit just in case.

Sorry to say I am very disappointed , I buy business class ticket Moscow to Dhaka but there service just like a local bus . 8 hours transit in Cairo it is really one of the bad memory in my life . I wish they will be change everything and make themselves perfect. In my next life I will not buy there service. If i am able to provide photo then i think admin will be Shay.
Nice video! just a quick question - so the guests in Kelebek Special Cave Hotel can also access to the rooftop of Sultan Cave Suite and take photos or have meal there?
The rooftop area that you see is reserved for guests of Sultan or Kelebek. They have someone checking before you walk in. The breakfast you see in the pictures is just for show, everyone gets to sit there and take pictures with the food. It's not that crowded and you may only have to wait a few minutes for your turn. Let me know if you have any more questions. We really enjoyed staying at Kelebek!
How did you get the compensation? Etihad airways lost my luggage about 4 months ago and i was told that I'd get compensation amount within april. Now it's may and i didn't get anything and now they won't even reply my mails
Also, you could threaten to take them to court. But I’m not sure how that would work if their head office is in another country. If you are located in Canada, you could join the Air Passengers Rights group on Facebook.

If you have never been to Atlantis, the iconic theming was nice and the crazy/lazy river was a lot of fun! But we liked Baha Bay better for the waterslides and Flow Rider.
