I love your focus on colours, silhouette and accessories because sometimes it's easy to focus on getting or having specific pieces, forgetting to consider WHY they're so good 👍🏽
Obsessed with your content already and this is my first video lol. I'm so glad you went for these pop culture icons because it's getting tiring to always see the same references from the same 5 characters and would have to find specific niche character style videos for something new. Also the JLo shade lmao.
not really, no. it has a certain charm to it that feels like a continuation of the original, while still feeling like a slightly different story. and while there were a few differences, it’s a really good movie. i think the original is better, though
the way this movie doesn’t need a ranking when it comes to the fashion bcus it resides in the 2000s. literally fashion at its peak, especially within the poc community
My favorite outfits are the one with the lace material, & the Adidas jacket. I've actually tried looking for those 2 pieces with no luck yet. Might just have to pay someone to custom make them 😅 I swear the 2000's had the best clothes 🤎

Important clarification on the first act of the Lizzie Maguire movie: It's set up in the scene where Lizzie is bopping to "The Tide is High" that Matt is recording her and he's also recording her at graduation, and he sends the tape in to Good Morning America, because he wants to embarrass Lizzie.
Early 2010’s style was so inspired by the 80s, a pop art explosion which could by based on the aspects that were happening in society during both eras❤️ Since the 60s is a soft hyperfemenine aspect that represents a lot of the essence of innocence that many lost, I think the next trend could be the 70s but maybe the punk and more rebellious scene of it or maybe something similar to the roaring 20s
I’m not trying to make this political, but it does seem to be harkening back to times where rights have also been reduced. I think that often fashion reflects where we’re at as a nation.
I hope the 60s come back and not 2010s indie sleaze fashion like a lot of fashion channels have been doing predicting cuz 2010s fashion is so ugly and if u weren’t a stick u didn’t look good in any thing trending at that time especially skinny jeans lord don’t bring those back
Wonderful video! This video made me think about the the trends I've been seeing on pinterst and other social media apps. In addition to 60s themes making a comeback in the fashion world, they are appearing in terms of home decor trends and jazz club influence!
This is what am talking about!! finally someone actually made a video abt it!! <3. From Lana Del Rey, Stephen Sanchez, Remy Bond, Sabrina Carpenter, Laufey and so on.. 1960s styles are getting back and I can't wait this to be pop again, which is definitely my happiness too. I was so obsessed in collecting 1950s-1960s collection and starting myself to also dressed up as 1960s, I thought it was just weird but can't believe it is moving forward in it, many people are dressing up as 1960s as I saw them a lot in social medias. But I can also see that it's a bit in mixed up, some people are dressing up sa 2000s and 1980s, but I mostly prefer 1960s with its vibrant colors and its iconic fashions. You can't tell me, Old Money is the 1950s-1960s and it's getting pop again!! <3😍🥰
Oh my gosh im so happy!! I have about three 60s style dresses and 60s earrings. Im going to a new school come September so im hoping this means ive got a shot at not being the weird kid for liking vintage lol 🥳 (although ill still probably be though of as weird if i tell that i like things from the 1910s-1940s though so ill be 🤫) this is victory 😆😆🥳🥳
I don’t mind the Y2K but some ppl look confused lol cuz they try to mix it with too many other trends that clash with it. I saw a girl today wearing cargo pants, platform shoes, with a bow in her hair and Bridget Bardot hair 🙈
omg yes ! it seems like everybody is wearing the same type of pieces, like miniskirt, shirt with graphics fonts, cargo pants, low rise jeans, like is very cute but is just toooo saturated for me.
I loved this! Only thing, is that mod subculture is not about psychedelics but about modern jazz :) and it was existing in early 60s, before popularity of psychedelic music.
Finally, somebody said it! I’ve been so excited to see fashion girlies discuss 60s styles. I predict that pretty soon, the 50s is next. I can’t wait to hear you discuss these topics of fashion! It predicts the fashion trends of the future.
