People go goo goo gaga over homes like this.....but this home was not laid out with functionality in mind. It is just randomly scattered with no real functional design in mind. Terrible layout.
How's the market up there, are you seeing a pull back a little bit? I was up last week and drove by some homes from 900-1.3 (Draper, Sandy, Cottonwood and Mt. Olympus) and was a little underwhelmed by I saw to be honest. We're seeing price reductions and a little more DOM for homes down here in Vegas in this price range.
@@Jackson_Hts_Mr_Randy_Watson slight dip in prices after summer had them increase a little bit as well. Just before big rate cuts by the fed. More inventory. Lower rates go more buyers enter the market increasing prices again.

Beautiful home in my neighborhood. The price you suggest of a million is WAY too low however. This home shown could maybe, but not likely, be a million as a base price for this floor plan in a different location and would not likely be on a lot like this, or have a finished basement. Everything you see in this home is an upgrade with an extra price tag over that base price. The model next-door has a zestimate of 1.5 million.
Don’t like the laundry by the front door, may as well be a servants quarters. Just noticed it’s not the actual main interface, cut still unnecessary. Given the exposure. When there’s a laundry in the primary suite.
