Transco Lines Inc, is based in Russellville, AR we post videos of our family of drivers at their best. We want you to see how life is at Transco. Our teams are running miles and our SOLO Lease purchase drivers have the option to only pay for the truck when they run. Finally a Lease Purchace that you control and gets you true ownership. Come run with us, we are not perfect but like our drivers say "they make it right".
Man that's what I need and what I want is to be part of a family. I've always wanted a family. My family never liked me. My dog my rabbit my cats my four girlfriends none of them ever liked me but I'm sure the Transco family would love me
It's the Mikey brothers. Two heroes two legends. If you can get two mics and one truck the only thing that would exceed is putting three mics and one truck
What's the mazes me some people would work at other places. Transco has the equipment the lanes the support to pay the benefits the atmosphere the core values the principles why would anybody work anywhere else

Listen, and listen good. Racist and Discrimination if you have an accent it seems.👂 Me and my wife quit a good job to transition over to TLI we flew out to little rock. First I want to state that the company knew my wife was here on a work visa before we ever came. Her work permit states that she is from Mexico so common sense should be that her primary language is "spanish". Day 2 of orientation "Nattesha Robinson" which is the orientation manager started singling out my wife for her own personal vendetta. She knew my wife would have a hard time with the hazmat test. It was in English and nothing stated on the job description that she needed to speak, write and read fluent English to obtain the position. There was also nothing stated that there would be no accommodation for a translation of the test, I even offered to translate for them they refused. "Nateesha" separated us, only us. All other teams where able to sit together but because she knew my wife wouldn't understand the test separated us. Unfortunately my wife failed. The next day "Nateesha" made my wife sit in her office under pressure to retake the test and at some point she was litteraly yelling at my wife. I then walked to the office and asked a fleet manager to get me someone in charge because at this point its discrimination I felt like. And I told them that they were close to having a discrimination case because of "nateesha's" actions. They supposedly have a zero tolerance on discrimination so I was just asking them to enforce that policy. I then spoke to Jeff and the head of human resources they said that If my wife failed the second test I could go over the test procedure with her and translate in spanish so she would understand. Moments after she turned her test in I received a call from the head of recruiting " Danny Caldwell" and was told that because she failed the test that we were not able to continue. I explained that I just spoke to the head man "Jeff" and he said that she could take it again after I translated. He then stated, "did you not say something about suing the company for discrimination? We don't think you are a good fit for the company. So at that point I was retaliated because I wanted them to enforce their zero tolerance policy. Which is against the law. Whistle-blowers are protected they actually show that to you in a video during orientation. I then asked to meet with "Jeff" again and this time he has some other lady with him and a piece of paper they printed from the internet. They stated the the FMCSA law states that the driver of a commercial motor vehicle must speak, read and write fluenty in English. And that they are not going to break the law by hiring someone that can't speak English that it was too late. What they don't understand is my wife has already proved to the Department of Transportation, the Department of Motor Vehicles and FMCSA that she is fit to operate a Commercial Motor vehicle and that is how she obtained her Class A commercial driver's license. They then told us to leave I tried to explain to them that this is discrimination and I would be seeking legal counsel. The lady then told us to leave the property and followed us around and made us sit on the side of the road and wait for an uber. So bottom line this company does not stand on anything they say, they don't stand on their policy and they they don't treat you with respect. This was the most uncomfortable hiring process I've ever experienced, my wife was crying because of how she was treated. Please don't waste your time. Go to USXPRESS I highly recommend them. 👌 they do not discriminate and will translate anything you need them too. Great company. I thought TLI was gonna be the same way. But boy was I wrong. Don't just take my word for it. Read all the other reviews on here. Any company with less than 3 star 🌟 rating definitely is doing a few things wrong. And "TERRY WALLACE" If you read this please reach out to me directly. Also I want to give a shout out to the recruiter "Rebekah Burgess" she fought did everything she could do for us.

I applied in this company for trucking job through one website . Currently I working in UAE dubai here salaries are very low . And we are working on the long Routes, I mean 6 Gulf countries we drive through on these countries. Please assist me how I will get job in this company . I will be very grateful.
3 years ago this was a great company to drive for. Fully loaded Volvos, plenty of freight, and an open door policy with management. Now, base model Freightliners with NO refrigerator, NO APU, NO idle, no freight and no way to contact management should you need to. They pay good mileage rates, but if you don't get miles... what does it matter.
Some dm are good other like to treat drivers like they’re beneath them . They don’t communicate i herd how they talk to drivers this not the company you guys want to work for
one of the worst companies I ever worked for. Dispatch screwed my pay up, and told me i was wrong. After 8 hours of arguing and refusing to drive til my pay was fixed I finally was paid the 1000 dollars I was shorted. They never did step up and apologize for treating me like a slack jaw yokle. so I jus walked... Dispatch was condescending, and mistakes were made by them multiple times. so take what ya want out of what I said, jus be careful with these jokers
Total crap. Promised 2500 mi a week lucky to get 1800. Was there 2 months had 3 different load planers. Truck was a piece of shit. Mismatched tires and roof leaked. A real winner
Lol From an outside prospective it does seem like he is coached and scared at that afraid he will be beat if he says the wrong thing thats my opinion....
Wife and I drove team for TLI for over 1 year before I was terminated for being ticketed for driving 18 mph over speed limit. I was warned by safety numerous times if caught it was out of their control and they would be forced to let me go. Just got the ticket dismissed and heading back to TLI. Drove for over 25 years and TLI is one of the best companies I have driven for. Good money, good runs, good trucks, good people and good home time.
Good company to do teams. Good pay and home time every week. Nothing bad to say about tli. Worked there 2 times and only left because personal stuff to be home everyday but would go back
Me,and my best friend drove for tli.you can't find a dispatcher After.5.30.ark.time.and you can't make a paycheck.at 2500.miles week.when your truck payment with escrow is 1245.8aweek
