@@365traininghub2 They're users without a license and they dont appear, it's been 3 days since I created the accounts - are you sure they don't need a license for this setup. Also if they dont have a license they dont have an email address that actually routes so when a booking is made the user would get a bounce back wouldn't they?
Thank you for putting this video up, I found it very helpful. I am having a problem where an email is being sent to the desk email, I carried out the same steps as you, even though I have unticked the 'Notify the staff member' option. Do you have any ideas how to get round this?
hi @benflanagan20 - I see you have to turn that checkbox off for every single desk email. Also it looks like if you go to the Bookings Page (on left of screen under the Calendar settings ) there is also a checkbox there for email notifications. Did you see that one? The other place to check is to go into each 'Service' eg: 2 hour hotdesk and select 'edit' and check the Notifications Tab there to ensure no email notifications are being sent. Hope that helps!
Hi there @davidandrew5762 when you go back to the source data and create the second pivot table, you need to select a cell in the same sheet as the first pivot table for it to 'land' into. I'm wondering if you're just clicking through, and it is putting the second pivot on a new sheet by default. The other thing is that you have to click into the 'empty pivot' that you've created and build it. If you click away from that empty pivot frame, it will look like the pivot isn't showing up.

@@365traininghub2 Will this be an option eventually? It's a great feature and I've used it pretty regularly but it would be great to be able to opt for the music to play automatically.
@@365traininghub2 and what is the point of background music then how many people are going to click that button. I bet 99% people are just going to fill out the form without clicking the background music option.
Great explanation, thank you! Is it possible to not have these bookings show in my team's calendar? So that our calendars aren't unnecessarily blocked off from actual work meetings.
Hi there, as the bookings come through into your staff's individual calendars, they can just be deleted. This won't affect the bookings made which are in the separate shared calendar.
Interesting video thank you. Do you know if it's possible to report on bookings? We'd like to alert the staff once a week perhaps with who will be in the office and when.
Hi there @franknapolitano8302, you could extract the data using Excel: Data>Get Data>From Online Services>From Microsoft Exchange Online> and then entering the email address associated with the booking page of the calendar. This will get you a list of activity. Alternatively, what if people just pinned the Bookings app to Teams for easy access?
