Have been having trouble sleeping (diagnosed with chronic insomnia, going months now). At times, my meds don't even work on me. But this video has helped me to get deep sleep for two nights in a row. However, I want to emphasize for those who think this video will 100% help, it does help, but you need to surrender and let go of control. Follow the guide, believe in it, trust in the process. You don't have to worry about how many hours of sleep you will get, you don't have to worry if you will wake up feeling cranky in the morning because you lack of sleep or your cells won't regenerate. Drop these thoughts. Your body knows you better than you do, and it's always quality over quantity. You will sleep again, I promise. Don't chase it, allow it to come to you.
