Is it just me who still comes back to watch this masterpiece and read through most of the comments with the hopes of finding other recent comments? Breaks my heart to think it's already been 8 years, but makes me genuinely happy to see there's at least 1 more person out there who still cares about YOI as much as i do... To the point of coming back to it after so long and, despite latest news, still hope for the miracle of being able to see them again in the future. Before YOI i never understood when someone said this certain show, character or story changed their lives, i thought people were crazy to be THAT much involved with "just" fiction... But i was so fking wrong. YOI did change my life forever, tho it's crazy to think about it. I cry every time i read a comment where the person says YOI changed their lives too... Makes me feel close to them, even tho by this time most of the comments are so many years old. Anyway, i just felt like this was the right place to share this. Been feeling truly sad that the film got cancelled, but YOI already made history and will continue to do so forever. If you read all of this, ty and I hope you are doing ok. 💙
Me discovering this anime in 2023 : 💃🥳 Then discovering there is no manga: 😢 Then discovering there might be a movie and possibility to see Viktor skating: ☺🥰 Then I realized that the movie hasn't been released in the last 7 years and will probably never be released since Mappa animates all the shonen manga: 😭😭😡 this was an emotional rollercoaster.
I LOVE YORI ON ICE, and i cant stop thinking, what will happen when viktor yuuri and yurio compite, like HELL YEAH, i just love the idea, and i know you love it too. Like imagine, the crowd, watching yuri skating and viktor as a trainer/competitor cheering for him. And Yurio and Otabek... damn it, that idea is fantastic. BUT MOST IMPPRTANT WHO WOULD WIN, CAUSE BETWEEN YUURI AND VIKTOR... appart, they were wonderfull, their own way, together they were magic, unstoppable, but vs? THE WORLD IS GONA DIE FOR IT. I NEED IT SO BAD
Im late and sad thing most of the yoi post i see on yt is like 4 years ago yeah yuri on ice is my favorite anime of all the time and another thing that im late since its 2021 now and this anime got release in 2016/2017. the fandom hibernated lol and has woke up after the movie trailer tbh i rlly wish that i have watched this anime earlier around when this was airing and also i love this edit so much even im so so late 💕🤧
This song really suits him and his story, because before he decided to coach Yuri, he was flawless, winning over and over again, and the show points that we was back then living for "applause", the awe of others for his performances. Glad he decide to take a year break and help Yuri, and at the same time find true love and healthy growth🕊💕
