Nice. When I was a child, sometimes my mother would sing this as she did housework. You might mention to your band members that it's OK to smile. Good performance. Kudos to each of you.

I gotta give you an A for effort. I'm guessing you don't expect us to take this seriously, that this is really performance art. It's kind of kitschy and cute. I wish the sound levels were finer tuned. The banjo was quite loud while the vocals were sort of muffled. Even if you're trying to sing poorly a few lessons would help you give a better performance. Speaking of lessons you need to practice that banjo playing a lot more. For Goodness sake polish those tap shoes. It might help your tapping if you wore a flouncy skirt or dress like the 50s lady in the video. Back in the 50s only naughty women wore skirts like yours and they certainly did not tap dance. lol They'd do the Bossa Nova or the Merengue.

It's a good effort. Missing the 7ths and really missing that acoustic/fretless bass walkdown with those fractional semitones, but this is a lesson for local bands operating on a local budget; the simpler the arrangement, the better it sounds live.
I think the unpolished is better in a way. Thats why I think you should keep it up. The unpolish is refreshing. Playing in the raw form like that with out a lot of effects will give you more respect from other musicians over time. It dispays more talent to make something sound good without a lot of effects to make you sound good.@@junebugbayer
