For those who dont know a DC 10 took off from chigago O hare airport but on takeoff something tragic happend 1 engine of the three detached on takeoff this put american 191 into a bank angle the pilots tried everything but a few seconds or minutes that DC 10 crashed into a hangar 2 ground crew worker died on impact everyone died on impact
