This channel has, in fact, some purposes. First, it should motivate people to do sports. I understand sports as a tool for keeping a certain balance in my life. Nowadays, many people are working with computers which, in turn, may result in a lack of motion. It is still not clear how this will impact the well-being of humans in our modern society in the future. My personal experience is, however, that sports helps to keep a healthy balance in life. Second, this channel documents to some extent both, some of my experiences that I encountered on my way of life and my progress career in fitness related sports.
