Hello, and welcome! On this channel you'll find videos that showcase: -Custom action figures that I make. -Action Figure Vehicle Customization, Builds, and Kit-bashes -Time-lapsed Paintings and Illustrations -Trailers for my comic book/graphic novel releases
When or if McFarlane does a panther suit Batman (I hope so anyway) the custom will be the OnStar commercials or the birds of prey tv series Batman (since they used the Clooney suit and colored the oval just like this)
You did a wonderful job of the custom figure for the panther suit. One of the panther suit from Batman Forever in blue and grey and one of the basic suit from Batman & Robin in blue and grey would be good.
ok my finally came and I don't have the green pieces in the wheels it's just bright white so I think I'm just gonna dry brush silver over the green inner pieces (sides & top) and tie in an additional white led!
I wonder if there is some weird licensing issues with the panther suit. All of the Batman Forever Batman merch is usually the Sonar suit. Just makes me wonder
Could very well be. Might also be that it’s the more unique suit of the movie and it was the one from the final act where he was paired up with Robin in his own suit, so they lean toward that. Hopefully we see the Panther suit get more love in the future.
@@Ibrahim_M I hope so too! I do find it interesting that they STILL use the Panther suit for screen tests for any actor who is being considered to play Batman.
@@JoshTurchettadude, right?? They used it in both Batman Begins and The Batman auditions/test footage. And Clooney actually wore it in some of the earlier scenes of B&R, apparently.
LOVE this custom figure! I have an extra BnR figure, so all I need is the new BF one and I can give this a try. If I do, you will get serious shoutout! This is good work! Great vids!
Thank you, sir!! If you have Amazon, the BF figure is still on there at retail! I was looking on eBay and Mercari for a second one (going to do a similar mod to another sonar suit to make it more screen accurate) and I saw that people are charging a lot on the secondary market.
Hi there. I have a question. I’ve removed all the screws and the back end seems to co e free but the front doesn’t want to separate . Did you have a tough time separating the two main components?
Hello! Hmm, I didn’t with mine. Did you try wedging something between the top and bottom to shimmy it loose? Could just be that something is sticking and needs a little loosening.
😂😂 I always think about that line and then k look at that giant fin on the back and I’m like “that ain’t making it through the Burger King drive through clearance height” lol
Dude that looks so sick. Did you end up throwing out the blue acrylic sheet from the earlier video and are just using those LEDs? Is it complicated to wire it to the wiring of the Batmobile?
Thank you! Yeah removed the acrylic and it’s just the blue LEDs now. The wiring is super easy; I just attached the + wires from the new LEDs to the + wired from the existing clubs that I removed, and the same with the negative. You just twist them together and use electrical tape or heat-shrink tubing to seal them up, and you’re good to go.
Crazy question: do you have any plans to recreate the two-seater interior from the movie? Or do you know of anyone who has? I customize 1/12 scale figures so hopefully they'd fit.
I typically only do 1/12 myself so this was an exception. Check out the earlier part of the video- I talk about the possibility of it being a 2-seater a bit in the first 5min or so
It is just so cool to see what you do with the figures, vehicles everything. Its absolutely amazing and this looks incredible. The fact you even took that extra step to shade around the eyes omg. Thank you for showing the sculpting to. Im really terrible with customs but i really want to try this. Thank you so so much for posting these videos, absolutely love your work.
Wow, thank you so much for this. I put a lot of work into all of this stuff, and I spend a lot of time that I don't have making them into videos, and so this comment from you really means a lot to me, dude. I so appreciate it 🙏🏼!!
@@Ibrahim_M absolutely man, thank you so much for them. Between your awesome work and my hatred for Clooneys Batman I have the courage to try this lol. Thank you again for all your hard work and answering questions.
I read recently that they tested a gray and black. I’m sorry gray and blue suits for either Batman forever or Batman and robin. I believe it was Batman and robin, which is why Clooney suit is actually tinted blue.
Thank you, dude! I was. A lot of people saw this and pretended like they thought of it, lol. There was one guy who did the canopy at the same time as me, but he never posted it, he just messaged me on IG to say "I did the same thing" haha. But he used different materials.
companies should start making some kind of magnetic base that gives power to the lights, so we can keep these things plugged instead of batteries. Tt would be nice to walk into the room and when you turn the lights on all the figures and vehicles turn on too.
You can actually get battery pack adapters that plug in. If I had more outlets on my display wall I would use them for sure. It would be amazing to light everything up at once.
I don’t have much affinity for that movie (I think I’ve only seen it one time, even). But after doing this one I’m kind of tempted. And the ice suit or whatever that he wore later in the movie was actually just the sonar suit with some stuff added to it. So that’s another possibility.
@@Ibrahim_M I feel ya. I just consider the movie a big budget version of the 60s show and it all makes much more sense and enjoyable. Modding that Clooney figure would be a piece of cake since you pretty much have all the pieces. The face on it is pretty good.
