It's in the settings, look for something by the lines of "cosmetics" and turn it off

Edit: btw, if you're just doing PVE, I recommend changing the keybinds for those 3 skills I mentioned, for me, I kept Silhouette slashes on E, Imminent Blink on T, and Atomic: Sword on Y. It's quite annoying to have to hold them down.
