Thank you. My recollection is that there is a difference between back up and sync. When you chose sync, if you delete a file from your laptop, it gets deleted in Google drive, too. This may pose a problem if we accidentally delete a file. Is my inference right? I use more than one system for work. It is useful to have all my important files on Google drive and locally, This enables me to shift seamlessly between systems.
Thank you sir. Why in the world would you ever want to see a mirrored version of yourself? I don't understand why this wouldn't be the standard for google meet. You probably can't answer that but it seems super odd to be forced to use an extension when I don't understand why anyone would want to view their image different from how other people saw it. Super weird in my opinion.
The extension is great however in the google extension store, it's mentionned that the developer has not provided information about the collection or use of your data. can you please fix that, so we can be sure that nobody is collecting the data/video.

Can you make a video that shows how to use Google Drive has a backup tool. I have Google Drive for desktop installed and am syncing my documents folder. But - When I accidently deleted a file on the PC it was also delete in drive. Is there a way to stop this from happening.
This video saved me in the past, it worked for me for some time, but now it doesn’t work anymore. The three button above the touchpad from my Lenovo Thinkpad clicks by itself and doesn’t allow me to normally use the laptop, it is a big pain. Don’t know what to do anymore… Anyone knows any other tip?
Still not clear about one thing on the laptop backup. If I backup (sync a file from my laptop to Google Drive) and then also use Mirror at Google drive for Desktop, does that mean I have the original backup file from " my Document" folder and also "my drive" folder. So I have double original files??
This worked great thank you. I tried to set it up using Content Compliance by adding headers to all student emails and the results were inconsistent. This worked right away.
