Unfortunately that guy doesnt know how to cook a steak properley he didnt rest his steak properley its a waste all the juice bledds out of the steak its not alowed to distribute throughout the meat by letting it rdst ,what a dissapointment
I guarantee you the steak taste suck, inside not cook at all and he put a few salt on top . why dont you just eat raw steak then , no need to BBQ to make look brown. why do you think people from from Europe, middle east, US, Australia, canada love Chinese cusine: beef Mongolian, beef sate, beef curry etc?
😂😂, he cut off the lovely crispy tastey ends and threw them away and put a bone on the plate instead 😂😂😂 the crispy end bits are nicest and he chucked them away 😂😂
First and The most it was rare but that's okay some people love it, but it's unacceptable to cut the steak Right away, it needs few minutes to settle down
Oops, he forgot the Tony Bourdain 5 - 7 minute rule. "Leave it on the board. Don't f... touch it". I like that he builds his coals from vine trunks. I would like to try that. The steak looks devine.
Has anyone thought what everyday food would look and taste like if prepared by this chef? If you asked him to make a breakfast say with eggs grits toast and a pancke.
He chucked some of the best bits of flavour in the bin as far as I'm concerned, some of the best flavour is in the fat, Oh and dare I say he needs to cook it for longer too.
As several other comments the video has been shot with a sound track that is so blurred it is impossible to hear her. This also occurs on several web films. Please can you use a sound engineer who can deal eith these situations. They ruin some great food videos Henryvws
