Paul has been growing and investing in people for over 30 years. Following decades working in the not for profit sector Paul has transitioned into a new season of empowering and building people through his initiative called Growing Big People.

Makes perfect sense! One example is the life of King Louis IX of France who learnt the lesson eventually. But he learnt it just in the nick of time and brought Europe back from the brink of total disaster. He was made a Saint by the Pope.
Thoughts are energy. Through my life I’ve often wondered about those coincidental ‘ideas’ that show up somewhere else when I know factually that I didn’t share it, and for sure not with a person on the other side of the world that is now ‘parenting’ my idea 😊
Right ✋🏻 people are little devils and been accusing me ALL my life and my loved ones and I learned that the more I said the less they understood me so I went silent and vow of silence for years just gathering wisdom from various sources! And EVERY TIME i try again with certain people they seem COMMITTED to mis understanding me ✋🏻

Wow, sorry to hear that Paul. You must of been scared. How in the world did this happen and why? I would like to hear you expand on this story as I’d be interested in understanding the context. Was this person much younger than you/ same age? Glad you’re safe bro and i agree we need to protect ourselves from bullies. When my kids were growing up i told them if anyone hits you turn the other cheek and walk away and I would talk to the school and sort it out. However, if it happened again after this then punch them back and go to war if you have too. The early church was clearly pacifist to the point they became martyred, not something I’m courageous enough to do and not sure it’s God’s perfect will for his kids. It’s certainly not mine.
This is exactly the way I grew up. I have vivid memories of my dad punching my mother in the face, blood everywhere I was crying holding onto the edge of the kitchen table trying to stop it. And all of this from a man who cared so deeply about what others thought. A total narcissist.
I've stopped a long time ago to be who I'm not. The big problem is that they still say things that hurt, they know exactly how to hit the jackpot, and I can stay away from them because they are the last family members that I have 😢

Thankyou Paul. I needed to hear this, my ex wife has just re married, and I'm feeling flat, and deflated and sad Inside. It's not what I wanted to happen. I feel that I need to grow a new version of me, with out forcing it to happen. Your analogy has helped me to realise, that life evolves, like the season of Autumn 🍁. The new comes in and replaces the old, organically, naturally, without us making it happen. In the right time, it will do it's thing. Often , our anxiety is in the waiting phase. I'm learning life lessons in this season I'm in. Love you. Thanks for all your superb teaching. I heard the one recently on not despising the day of small beginnings. It was awesome. And really helped me to see things through a different lens.
