Really admire how Sriks remained composed across this set despite having to make comebacks and even getting tbagged. Important thing for both Sephiroth players and competing in general.
no feelings are hurt - i just think that commenting before watching the rest of the video (especially since your "criticism" actually gets fixed by our volunteer commentators after a while) is ignorant
Kaiza here, I use Blackmagic Intensity Shuttle (USB3.0) for game capture. I run the Wii at 480p through component cables into the BMI Shuttle, then a set of Composite cables from the Video Out on the capture card to the CRT, as the capture card has the ability to take 480p in and do a passthrough output interlaced signal to the TV. Thanks for the kind words :)
i’m a table length away, i used to have a 5m USB3 cable but that died a year ago if you want more distance you can just extend the RCA cables in and out
wow after seeing that game 1 anti-clutch i'm surprised she got that close to winning the set. also how come she just throws her turnips away? i get maybe hoping one hits on the way down but she literally never had one in hand for battle by the time coffee spawned
Is there a way to make the game noise and music just a bit quieter than the commentary? The commentary is getting drowned out by the game sound. just trying to make a helpful recommendation. The rest of the Video is fire. some really great sets in here. The aussie scene seems fun!
Hi it's Kaiza here. Try turning down the volume slightly as well as turning up lower band frequencies in an EQ or on your speakers/audio interface, I found it helps distinguish it a little bit better. What happened on the day however was that I had the crowd mic a little too sensitive which meant it also picked up quite a bit of the loud venue speakers playing the game sound, which was hard to hear how it affected the balance at the time. For the most part I think the commentary volume is fine, as I did intentionally lower them slightly more than usual due to how often we would be getting excited, and would start yelling much louder. Watching it back on another device while we were live, I found myself having to lower the stream volume during playback every time this would happen which was annoying me, so I made that decision seeing as there would already be ample commentary volume during louder moments. But when combined with the crowd mic picking up more game audio than expected, it did start to drown it out a little bit compared to normal.
