What about a child who only gets blood in urine after over exertion or hard activity like running and jumping? All tests came out clear but it’s still happening after every big activity
Hi my child has hypotonia but till now, 9 yrs we have no other information from tests. I worry for the outlook though delayed in school, she has progressed consistently. May I know more on how to seek advice?
A 6-year-old child fell acutely ill with fever and chillst-38,40C. On the second day appeared macular - papular rash on the hands and trunk. On the 3rd day symptoms of toxicosis increased, urine darkened, sclera and skin turned yellow. On examination in the hospital revealed pain in the right iliac region, enlargement of the liver. Heart tones are muted, lungs are unchanged. Porridge-like stool 2-3 times a day. The urine is dark. In the following days, the temperature ranged within 37.5-38.5 with toxicosis. The jaundice of the skin disappeared after 5 days, and of the sclera after 10 days.Blood L-12,5x109, bn-8%, sn-70%, 1-15%, m-7%, ESR-42 mm/h, total bilirubin-58,0 mmol/l, direct 40 mmol/l, indirect -18 mmol/l, ALT-55u/l. What will be diagnosis and treatment?
